선박 케이블의 어스선 결속 크램프

본 고안은 선박 케이블의 어스선 결속 크램프에 관한 것이다.
선박내에 배선되는 케이블 외부에는 반드시 철망을 피복하게 되며 또한 이의 철망에는 선박내벽에 고정시킨 어스선의 일단을 고정시켜 과전류를 방지하게 되는데, 종래에는 어선선을 케이블의 철망에 고정시킴에 있어서 철사로 일일이 묶어 조아 고정시키게 됨으로 매우 비능률적인 작업이어서 작업인원과 시간을 많이 요하게 되면서 고정상태가 견고하지 못하고 외관이 양호하지 못하였다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위하여 어스선을 매우 신속 용이하게 케이블에 고정시킬 수 있도록 한 선박케이블의 어스선 결속 크램에 관한 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
두부(1)와 조임판(2)을형으로 일체로 형성하여 두부(1)의 중간부에는 끼움구멍(3)을 뚫고 끼움구멍(3)의 외측 양변은 절단하여 조임절곡편부(4)(4')를 형성하여서 된 것이다.
미설명 부호 5는 동선이고, 6은 합성수지 절연케이블이며, 7은 철망이고, 8은 어스선이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 두부(1)측의 조임판(2)부에 어스선(8)을 감고 제2(a)도와 같이 조임판(2)을 끼움구멍(3)에 끼워 당겨 조인 후 제2(b)도와 같이 조임판(2)을 절곡시킨 다음 조임절곡편부(4)(4')를 조임판(2)쪽으로 절곡시켜 조임판(4)(4')을 조아 주게되면 조임판(2)은 느슨하게 됨이 없이 견고한 조임상태를 유지하게 되는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 종래에 비하여 작업능률을 배가로 향상시킬 수 있음은 물론 그 결속상태가 견고하고 외관미가 양호한 효과가 있다.

  1. 두부(1)와 조임판(2)을형으로 일체로 형성하여 중간부에는 끼움구멍(3)을 뚫고 끼움구멍(3)의 외측 양변은 절단하여 조임절곡편부(4)(4')를 형성하여서 된 선박 케이블의 어스선 결속 크램프.
