Claims (16)
- 알칼리 금속 탄산염, 물 및 알코올을 포함하는 진한 페이스트를 제조하고; 상기 페이스트로부터 미립 생성물을 형성하고; 상기 미립 생성물을 하소시키는 것을 포함하는 촉매 지지체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 탄산염이 탄산나트륨 또는 탄산칼륨인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 페이스트로부터 근복적으로 물과 알코올 모두를 제거하기에 적당한 조건하에서 상기 진한 페이스트를 건조시키고; 얻어진 건조된 생성물을 분쇄하고; 균일 입자 크기의 미립 생성물을 모음으로써 상기 미립 생성물을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압출물을 형성하기 위해서 상기 진한 페이스트를 압출시키고; 얻어진 상기 압출물로부터 근본적으로 물과 알코올 모두를 제거하기에 적당한 조건에서 얻어진 상기 압출물을 건조함으로써 상기 미립 생성물을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진한 페이시트에 탄소질 화합물이 포함되어 있는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 화합물이 카본블랙, 목탄, 코토닛 목탄, 무정형 흑연, 미소결정 흑연, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 화합물이 상기 지지체의 약 0.01 내지 20중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알코올이 약 1 내지 약 7개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 알코올인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 알코올이 이소프로판올, 1-프로판올, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진한 페이스트가 약 15내지 약 95중량%의 탄산칼륨, 약 8 내지 약 30중량%의 알코올, 및 약 10 내지 약 23중량%의 물을 함유하는 방법.
- 알칼리 금속을 용융시키기에 충분한 온도 및 산소가 없는 분위기 하에서 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속원자와 제1항에 따라 제조된 지지체를 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 촉매를 생산하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 미분 스테이레스 스틸, 구리원소, 코발트원소, 미분유리, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 적어도 하나의 촉진제와 상기 촉매를 접촉시키는 것이 포함되어 있는 방법.
