디스크 카트리지용 기록 재생 장치
제1도 및 제2도는 종래의 카트리지용 기록 재생 장치를 나타내는 것으로서, 제1도는 측면도.

제3도에서 제5도는 본 고안의 실시예를 나타낸 것으로서, 제3도는 측면도.
제4도는 제3도의 평면도.
제5도는 홈부를 확대한 사시도이다.

본 고안은 디스크 카트리지용 기록 재생 장치에 관한 것이며, 특히 캐리지와 홀더의 나사의 회전 정지를 하는 접착제의 유출을 저지하는 차단홈을 구비한 것에 관한 것이다.
제1도는 종래의 디스크 카트리지용 기록 재생 장치의 측면도이며, 제2도 제1도의 평면도이다.
종래의 디스크카트리지용 기록 재생 장치는 제1도 및 제2도에 나타내는 바와같이 제2자기헤드(1)를 지지하는 캐리지(2)와 제1 자기헤드(3)를 지지하는 홀더(4)에 의해 구성되어 있다.
제2자기헤드(1)는 제1도에 나타내는 바와같이 캐리지(2)에 탑재되어 있고, 이 캐리지(2)의 상면에는 상기 제2자기헤드(1)에 거의 대향한 위치에 제1자기 헤드(3)를 설치한 홀더(4)가 배치되어 있다.
이 홀더(4)에는 제2도에 나타낸 바와같이 상기 캐리지(2)의 우측상부에 나사(5), (5)에 의해 일단이 고정되고, 판 스프링(6)의 타단부는 고정 나사(7), (7)로서 홀더(4)에 고착되어 있으며, 홀더(4)는 상기 판 스프링(6)의 탄발력을 받으면서 우측 하단부(4a)를 중심으로 회동 가능하게 지지되어 있다. 또한 홀더(4)에 고정된 용수철받이(8)에 인장 용수철(9)의 일단을 걸리게하고 타단부를 상기 캐리지(2)에 형성된 투명구멍(10)을 통하여 레버(11)의 일단에 걸게한다.
이 레버(11)는 캐리지(2)의 하부벽에 설치된 지점부로 되는 돌기(12)를 중심으로 회동 가능하며, 또한 레버(11)의 타단부에는 캐리지(2)의 상부벽에 나사 머리(13a)를 배치한 조정나사(13)의 나사부(13b)가 고착되어 있다.
조정나사(13)는 캐리지(2)에 대하여 상하이동 가능하도록 되어 있고, 이 조정나사(13)의 상하위치를 조작함으로써 레버(11)를 화살표 A방향으로 적당히 회동시키고, 홀더(4)에 대한 인장 용수철(9)의 인장력을 조정하고, 자기 디스크(14)에 대한 자기 헤드(1), (3)의 압압력을 조정할 수 있도록 하였다.
그리고 나사(5), (5), (7), (7)의 미세조정을 행한 후에는 나사(5), (5), (7), (7)의 회전 정지를 방지하기 위해 홀더(4)와 나사(7), (7) 캐리지(2)와 나사(5), (5)를 액체형의 애폭시 수지등의 접착제(15)로 고착하는 것이 행하여 지고 있다.
그러나 나사(5), (5), (7), (7)와 홀더(4), 캐리지(2)를 접착제(15)로 고착시에 접착제의 잉여분이 흘러나와 예를들면, 나사(5), (5), (7), (7)근방의 홀더(4)와 판 스프링(6), 캐리지(2)와 판 스프링(6)등의 접촉부 전체가 접착제(15)의 잉여분으로 접착되든가, 혹은 이 접착제에 의해 겨우 미세조정을 행한 판 스프링(6) 일지라도 무부하시에 홀더(4)의 회동 범위가 좁아지거나 심할 경우에는 홀더(4)의 회전 운동이 불가능하게 되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 그러한 종래의 결점을 해소코저 하는 것으로서 그 목적으로 하는 바는 접착제의 잉여분이 나사멈춤부 근방으로부터 유출되는 것이 방지되며 더구나, 이러한 접착제의 잉여분에 의한 다른 부품과의 접착을 방지할 수 있는 디스크 카트리지용 기록 재생 장치를 얻고자 하는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위해 캐리지와 홀더의 나사 멈춤부 근방에 접착제의 유출을 저지하는 하단홈을 설치한 것이다.
이하 본 고안의 실시예를 도면을 참조하면서 설명한다.
제3도는 본 고안에 관한 디스크 카트리지용 기록 재생 장치의 측면도이며, 제4도는 제3도의 정면도, 제5도는 제3도의 홈부를 확대한 사시도이다.
제3도에서 제5도까지의 부호 1에서 15까지는 종래의 것과 동일하며, 부호 16은 나사(5), (5), (7), (7)의 근방에 설치된 접착제(15)의 잉여분이 나사(5), (5), (7), (7)의 머리부분으로 부터 아래쪽으로 나사부를 따라서 유출되어도, 본 고안에 있어서는 접착제(15)의 잉여분은 우선 제3도에서 제5도에 나타내는 홈(16)에 흘러들어가 그 안에 일단 고이게 되므로 이 홈(16) 뒤로의 접착제(15)의 흐름을 저지할 수가 있다.
이와같이 나사(5), (5), (7), (7)의 회전정지를 위해 사용되는 접착제(15)의 잉여분은 차단홈(16)내에 고여서 그 흐름이 막혀짐으로 종래와 같이 접착제의 잉여분에 의해서 예를들면 캐리지(2)와 판 스프링(6)의 접촉면, 혹은 홀더(4)와 판 스프링(6)의 접촉면 전체가 접착되는 일이 없어지고 홀더(4)의 회전 운동이 접착제(15)의 잉여분에 의한 접착에 의하여 저해되는 일은 없다.
이상 본 고안의 실시예에 있어서는 홈(16)의 형태가 직선상의 것에 대해서만 설명하였으나, 홈(16)의 형태는 이에 한정된 것은 아니며, 나사(5), (5), (7), (7)의 외주면을 원형상태로 에워싸는 홈이라도 좋다.
본 고안 캐리지와 홀더의 나사멈춤부 근처에 접착제의 유출을 저지하는 차단홈을 설치하였으므로 접착제의 잉여분이 불필요한 곳에 유출되는 것이 방지되며, 더우기 다른 부분과의 불 필요한 접착부분이 적어져서 조정작업의 번거로움도 생략된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 제1의 자기 헤드(3)와 제2의 자기 헤드(1)를 지지하는 캐리지(2)와 홀더(4) 사이에 탄성 금속판(6)을 설치하며, 탄성금속판(6)의 일단을 캐리지(2)에 타단부는 홀더(4)에 나사멈춤되어서 홀더를 캐리지에 회전 가능하게 지지하고 이 나사 멈춤부를 접착제로 고착함에 있어서, 상기 캐리지(2)와 홀더(4)의 나사멈춤부 부근에 접착제의 유출을 저지하는 차단홈(16)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지용 기록 재생 장치.
