Claims (4)
- 자장을 발생시키는 여자수단(24), 블레이드(10)의 운동을 검출하는 비-접촉 수단(26)으로 구성되는 자장에 감응하지 않는 재료로 제조된 터어빈 블레이드(10)의 공진 주파수를 테스트하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 수단은 자장에 감응하여 블레이트(10)을 진동시키도록 상기 자장에 의해 여자되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자장에 감응하지 않는 재료로 제조된 터어빈 블레이드의 공진 주파수를 테스트하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여자수단(10)은 쉼(14)가 블레이드(10)사이에 배치된 이중면 접착테이프(16)에 의해 블레이드(10)에 강철쉼(14)이 부착된 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 자장에 감응하지 않는 재료로 제조된 터어빈 블레이드의 공지 주파수를 테스트하는 장치.
- 자장에 감응하지 않는 재료로 제조된 터어빈 블레이드(10)의 공진 주파수를 테스트하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 이중면 접착테이프에 의해 블레이드에 자기재료(12)의 쉼을 부착하는 단계, (b) 가변주파수의 자장을 가진 재료(12)를 여자시키는 단계, (c) 블레이드(10)의 운동을 검출하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자장에 감응하지 않는 재료로 제조된 터어빈 블레이드(10)의 공진주파수를 테스트하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자기재료(12)는 강철쉼인것을 특징으로 하는 자장에 감응하지 않는 재료로 제조된 터어빈 블레이드(10)의 공진주파수를 테스트하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
