Claims (10)
- 분석물질 및 표지된 특이적 결합물질로 이루어진 그룹중의 한일원과 결합할 수 있는 고정화된 시약이 존재하는 반응 부위를 포함하면서, 모세관력 및 하나 또는 그 이상의 반응성 샘플 성분 및 비-고정화된 시약에 대한 므로마토그래피 용매 수송력을 갖는 크로마토그래피 매질, 크로마토그래피 매질에 인접하여 위치하고 반응 부위로부터 상향분지된 샘플 투여수단, 및 반응 부위로부터 하향분지된 액체 흡착 수단을 포함함을 특징으로하는, 특이적 결합반응 하나 이상을 이용한 샘플중의 분석 물질의 존재 여부 및 양을 측정하기 위한 시험장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 흡착수단이 크로마토그래피매질인 시험장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 부위로부터 하향분지된 액체 흡착 수단이 크로마토그래피 매질에 인접하여 위치 하는 시험장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시그날 발생 기질/보조 인자 그룹중의 한일원을 반응부위에 고정화시키는 시험장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 니트로블루 테트라졸륨을 반응부위에 고정화시키는 시험장치.
- 분석 물질 및 표지된 특이적 결합물질로 이루어진 그룹중의 한일원과 결합할 수 있는 고정화된 시약이 존재하는 반응부위를 포함하면서, 모세관력 및 하나 또는 그 이상의 비-고정화된 시약 및 반응성 샘플성분에 대한 크로마토그래피 용매 소송력을 갖는 크로마토그래피 매질, 크로마토그래피 물질에 인접하여 위치하고 반응부위로부터 상향 분지된 샘플투여 수단, 및 반응부위로서 하향 분지된 액체 흡착 수단을 포함하는 장치를 이용하여, (a) 일정 용량의 샘플을 샘플 투여수단에 적용시켜 샘플을 크로마토그래피 매질을 따라 반응부위를 통과하여 샘플 흡착수단에 수송하고, (b) 표지된 특이적 결합 물질을 반응부위에 접촉시키고, (c) 반응부위에서 고정화된 표지된 특이적 결합 물질의 존재 여부 또는 양을 샘플중의 기질의 존재여부 또는 양의 지시로서 측정함을 특징으로하여, 샘플중의 분석 물질의 존재여부 또는 양을 측정하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 결합되지 않은 샘플 물질 및 결합되지 않은 특이적 결합물질을 반응 영역으로부터 세척 단계를 통해 제거시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 액체 흡착 수단이 크로마토그래피 물질에 인접하여 위치하고 반응 부위로부터 하향분지되어 위치하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응 부위가 시그날 발생 기질/보조 인자 그룹중의 고정화된 일원을 포함하며, 시그날 발생 기질/보조 인자 그룹중의 하나 또는 그 이상의 추가 일원을 반응 부위에 접촉시켜 시그날 발생반응을 개시하는 단계(C')를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 니트로블루 테트라졸을 반응부위에 고정화시키고 브로모클로로인돌릴포스페이트를 가하여 시그날 발생반응을 개시하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
