Claims (11)

  1. 기질층, 및 기질층의 적어도 한 표면을 라이브(live)전극과 카운터(counter) 전극사이에 전기 코로나 방전시키는 동시에, 코로나 방전중에 정전방지제를 함유하는 에어로졸을 코로나 방전영역내로 도입시킴으로써 수득한 기질층의 적어도 한 표면상에 존재하는 정전방지 피복물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 자체-지지 쉬이트-유사제품.
  2. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전기전도성이 낮은 물질을 플라스틱필름, 종이, 합성지, 플레이트 또는 직물과 같은 기질층용으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 쉬이트-유사제품.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 불활성 무기입자를 쉬이트-유사제품을 형성하는 물질의 혼합물 총 중량에 대하여 1 내지 25중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 20중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 쉬이트-유사제품.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전기코로나 방전을 5,000 내지 25,000 V의 교류전압에 의해 수행함을 특징으로 하는 쉬이트-유사제품.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기질을 코로나 방전대를 통해 이동시키는 운반속도가 코로나 방전을 수행하는 교류전압의 레벨(level)에 비례함을 특징으로 하는 쉬이트-유사제품.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 에어로졸이 두가지 물질-분무노즐 또는 바람직하게는 압전 초음파 원자화시스템에 의해 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 쉬이트-유사제품.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄화합물, 알킬 설포네이트, 알킬 설페이트, 아미노염, 또는 4급 암모늄 클로라이드 그룹을 함유하는 중합체 또는 공중합체의 수성용액 또는 분산액을 정전방지제로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 쉬이트-유사제품.
  8. 정전방제제를 먼저 용매 또는 분산매, 바람직하게는 수성용매 또는 분산매중에 용해 또는 분산시킨 다음, 이 용액 또는 분산액을 일정한 이동속도로 전기코로나 방전의 코로나 방전영역을 통과하여 이동하고 있는 기질의 표면상에 운반-기체스트림과 함께 에어로졸로서 분무하며, 여기서 정전방지제를, 용액 또는 분산액 총중량을 기준으로하여 0.5 내지 50중량%의 농도 또는 고체함량으로 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 다른 쉬이트-유사제품을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 공기, 질소 또는 영족기체와 같은 불활성 기체를 운반기체로서 사용함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 할로겐, 이산화탄소, 암모니아 또는 포름알데히드와 같은 반응성 기체를, 임의로는 불활성기체와 혼합하여, 운반기체로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 피복물의 두께가 0.2 내지 10mg/m2의 단위면적당 중량에 상응함을 특징으로 하는, 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 따른 쉬이트-유사제품의 견고하게 접착된 균일한 정전방지 피복물.
