제1도는 본 고안의 전체 사시도.

본 고안은 전기 믹서기의 덮개통의 안전스위치 장치를 하는 것에 관한 것으로서 종래에 전기 믹서기는 사용도중 덮개를 열어볼수 없는 매우 위험한 결점이 었었던바, 본 고안은 덮개와 손잡이에 안전스위치를 겸하여 장치함으로서 사용도중 덮개가 열리게 되면 전원이 자동으로 차단됨으로해서 위험성없이 사용할수록 하는 안전스위치 장치를 안출한 것으로서 도면에 의거하여 본 고안의 구조를 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전기 믹서기의 몸통(1)에 전원선(9)을 내장하되 간혈(5")을 형성한 단자(5')를 구성하여되는 손잡이(5)를 설치하고 컵(2)의 덮개(3)의 일측방에 스위치바(6)를 구성하여 홈(6")을 형성한 단자(6')의 스위치 부라켓(10)을 피스(11)로 체결하고 스위치바(6)에 핀(7), (7')으로 고정시켜서 단자(5')와 스위치바(6)를 삽치하여 회동하도록 고정축(8)으로 체결하는 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 4는 전원(ON, OFF)스위치이며, 12는 전원코드선, 13은 믹서칼, 14는 모터이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 전원스위치(4)를 온(ON)으로 사용할때 부주위로 덮개(3)가 열였을 경우 회전하던 모터(14)와 칼(13)이 동시에 정지하게 됨으로 위험없이 사용할수 있는 안전한 효과가 있는 것이다.
Claims (1)
- 도시한 바와같이 덮개(3)의 일측방에 스위치바(6)를 구성하여 스위치부라켓(10)을 홈(6")을 형성한 단자(6)에 피스(11)로 체결해서 스위치바(6)에 단자-(6')를 피스(7), (7')로 설치하고, 전원선(9)을 내설한 손잡이(5)에 간혈(5")을 형성시킨 단자(5')를 구성하여 스위치바(6)를 구성하여 스위치바(6)를 장설하고 고정축(8)으로 회동하도록 설치하여 되는 전기믹서기 덮개의 안전스위치 장치.
