금속박판을 제조하기 위한 연속 주조 설비용 냉각드럼
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 냉각드럼의 표면상에 균일하게 배치된 딤플(dimple)의 평면도,
제2도는 박판(thin strip)의 표면상의 딤플크기의 영향도를 나타내는 도,
제3도는 제1도의 I-I선에 따른 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 용융금속과 접속하는 주형벽의 일부를 구성하는 표면을 구비하고 있으며 금속박판을 제조하기 위한 연속 주조 설비용 냉각드럼에 있어서, 상기 표면은, 직경이 0.1 내지 1.2mm이고 깊이가 5 내지 100㎛인 원형 또는 타원형 개구부를 각각 구비하고 있고 그 위에 균일하게 배치되어 있으며 서로 접촉하고 있지 않는 다수의 딤플이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각드럼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구부는 0.6 또는 그 이상의 단경 대 장경비를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각드럼.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 딤플은 직경이 0.3 내지 0.7㎜인 원형 또는 타원형의 개구부를 가지고 있고 깊이가 10 내지 30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각드럼.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 딤플이 상기 직경(D)과 딤플간의 거리(L)가 다음식으로 표시된 관계를 갖도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각드럼.
    0.05D+0.1L-1.4+0.5, D가 0.1D0.5일 때 또는
    -1.2, D가 0.5D1.2 일때
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 직경(D)은 0.3 내지 0.7mm이고 오목부간의 상기 거리(L)은 0.5 내지 0.9mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각드럼.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 파동형 주기적 변동량이 5 내지 40mm의 파장과 상기 드럼표면상에서 상기 딤플에 의해 점유된 면적이 최고 퍼센트와 최저 퍼센트간의 차이로써 10 내지 30%의 파고이면서, 상기 딤플이 상기 표면상의 딤플밀도가 드럼축과 드럼원주를 따라서의 한 파동방식으로 주기적으로 변동되도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각드럼.
