Claims (1)

  1. 고추에 섞여 있거나 묻어 있는 금속류와 불순물등을 검출 제거하거나 털고 닦아내어 집진 배출시키는 전처리 공정과 급속류 검출공정 및 분진 탈취공정을 거친 고추의 표피에 묻어 있는 농약 성분등을 닦아내는 세척공정과 적외선에 의하여 살균, 살충시키는 적외선 살균공정 및 송풍기에 의한 냉각공정을 통과시켜서 위생적으로 세척 살균 건조시킨 고추를 파쇄공정과 분쇄공정을 거쳐서 고추가루로 만든 후, 자외선 건조공정에서 자외선으로 살균 건조시키면서 파세하여 가루화한 다음, 금속 검출공정에서 자석 로울러에 의해 쇳가루를 검출 제거하고, 다시 자외선 살균공정에서 살균 처리하여서 위생적인 고추가루를 제조할 수 있는 고추가루 제조방법.
