Claims (3)

  1. Y를 포함하는 희토류원소, 알칼리토류금속, Cu 및 산소로부터 이루어진 페로브스카이트구조를 가지는 화합분말을 프레스하여 압분체로 하고, 상기한 압분체를 산소분압 : 0.2기압미만의 낮은 산소분압분위기하에서 소결하고 이어 산소분압 : 1기압을 초과한 높은 산소분압분위기하에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 세라믹의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 소결시의 낮은 산소분압은 바람직하기로는 10-2∼10-10기압으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 세라믹의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 열처리시의 높은 산소분압은 바람직하기로는 2∼10기압으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 세라믹의 제조방법.
