Claims (6)

  1. 전압이 인가되면 가시광을 발산할 수 있는 반도체 칩(23)과 ; 상기 반도체 침(23)이 그 위에 착설되는 한쌍의 전극(22)과, 그 안에 상기 반도체 칩(23)이 배설되는 원통형 개구부(25)를 갖는 반사기(24)(24A)와, 상기 원통형 개구부(25)를 충전하는 부위를 가지며, 상기 원통형 개구부(25)를 충전하는 부위를 가지며, 상기 원통성 개구부(25)상에 대략 반구 형상인 돌기 형상으로 형성되는 고체인 피복체(고정덮개)(26)와 이루어지는 발광 다이오드(LED)디스플레이 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체인 피복체(26)가 상기 반사기(24)전체를 피복하는 바깥 테두리부(27)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드(LED)디스플레이장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 전극(22)이 기판(21)상에 인쇄회로로써 형성되고, 상기 반사기(24)가, 상기 고정 덮개(26)가 이 개구부(29)를 통하여 연장되어 상기 기판(21)에 접합되어질 수 있도록 하는 개구부(29)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드(LED)디스플레이장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반사기(24A)가 아아치 형상의 오목한 상부 표면(24B)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드(LED)디스플레이장치.
  5. 기판(21)과 ; 상기 자판(21)의 한쪽면상에 인쇄회로로써 형성되는 다수쌍의 전극들(22A),(22A)과 ; 상기한 다수쌍의 전극들(22A),(22A)의 각각의쌍의 전극(22A)상에 각각 접합되어지며, 전압이 인가되면 가시광을 발산할 수 있는, 다수개의 반도체 칩(23), (23)과 ; 상기 기판(21)상에 확보되어지고, 상기한 다수개의 반도체 칩(23), (23)의 각각이, 대응하는 각각의 상기한 다수개의 원통형 개구부(25),(25)내에 배설되어지도록 상기한 다수개의 반도체 칩(23),(23)에 대응하는 다수개의 원통형 개구부(25), (25)를 가지는 반사기(24L), (24R)와 ; 상기 반사기(24L), (24R)를 피복하여, 상기 반사기(24L), (24R)를 상기 기판(21)상에 확보시키며, 상기 원통형의 개구부(25), (25)를 충전시키는 부분과, 상기 원통형 개구부(25),(25)에 대응하여, 그 위에 대략 반구 형상인 돌기를 다수개 가지며, 상기한 다수개의 반구 형상의 돌리들이 하나의 일체로된 고정체로 형성되는 고체의 투명한 피복체(26)와로 이루어지는 발광 다이오드(LED)디스플레이 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반사기(24L),(24R)의, 하나의 원통형 개구부(25)내에, 다수개의 반도체 칩(23), (23)이 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드(LED)디스플레이 장치.
