Claims (7)

  1. 지르코늄-합금 클래딩(cladding)튜브의 내부면상에 아크릴계 중합체 결합물질을 함유하는 액체 현탁액으로부터 침착된, 붕소-함유 화합물의 가연성 유독 입자를 함유하는 피복물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 지르코늄-합금 클래딩 튜브 내에 함유된 핵 분열 물질을 포함하는 핵 반응기에 사용하기 위한 연료 부재(element).
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 피복물의 붕소-함유 화합물 B1080%이상의 다량의(enr
    iched) 붕소를 함유하여 목적하는 핵 반응기용 핵 유독도(poison level)를 제공하는 연료 부재.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 피복물의 붕소-함유 화합물이 이붕소화 지르코늄을 함유하는 연료 부재.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 지르코늄-합금이 약 1.20 내지 1.70범위의 주석을 함유하는 연료 부재.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자 크기가 1.5 마이크론 이하의 범위이며, 입자의 20%가 1마이크론 이상의 크기이고, 입자의 80%가 1마이크론 미만의 크기인 분포를 갖는 연료 부재.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 피복물이 잉여의 아크릴계 중합체 결합 물질을 함유하는 연료부재.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 피복물이 아크릴계 중합체 결합제를 함유하는 액체 현탁액으로부터 침착된 붕소-함유 화합물 입자 이외에도 그라파이트(graphite)입자를 함유하는 연료 부재.
