Abstract
본 발명은 액체 졸-겔로부터 침착된 붕소 함유 유리 또는 유리 화합물내에 밀봉된 농후화학 붕소 입자로 구성된 가연성 독의 얇은 코팅(30)을 가진 지르코늄-주석 합금 클래딩 튜브(20)를 갖는 원자로용 연료 소자(10)에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 지르코늄 합금 클래딩 튜브내에 함유된 분열성 물질을 포함하는 원자로내에서 사용하기 위한 연료 소자에 있어서, 지르코늄 합금 클래딩 튜브의 내면상에 가연성 독 코팅을 포함하며, 상기 코팅은 졸-겔 용액으로부터 침착된 붕소 또는 탄화 붕소 입자를 포함하는 유치 또는 붕소 함유 유리 화합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로내에서 사용하기 위한 연료 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅의 붕소 함유 화합물 및 입자는 원자로내의 사용에 바람직한 핵 독 레벨을 제공하기 위해 붕소-10 동위 원소가 농후하게 된 붕소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로내에서 사용하기 위한 연료 소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
