양면 사용 가능한 스피커 터미날

본 고안은 케비넷에 삽입된형 단자내에 탄성노브를 삽설하여 노브의 상하에 스피커를 연결하도록한 양면 사용 가능한 스피커 터미날에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 제5도에서와같이 케비넷(1)에 조립된 노브(20)를 화살표 방향으로 눌러 홀(3)에 전선(4)을 삽입할때 홀(30)이 작아 전선(4)이 잘들어가지 않으며 조립시 케비넷(10)에 노브(2)를 삽입하기 전에 노브(2)와 케비넷(1)사이에 코일 스프링을 하나씩 넣어야하므로 부품수가 증가되어 작업 공정이 많은 단점이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 이와같은 단점을 시정하기 위하여 코일스프링을 제거하여 탄성노브를 채용하므로서 부품수의 절감은 물론 조립이 용이하도록 한 것으로 첨부 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉 제2도에서와같이 케비셋(11)의 삽치구(12)측벽에 돌설된 상하 걸림턱(13)과 요흠(14)을 형성하여 노브(15)의 축봉(16)을 요흠(14)에 감입토록 삽치하되 그 후방으로 돌기(18)와 만고단부(19)가 형성된형 단자(17)를 상하 걸림턱(13)사이로 삽설하여 돌기(18)가 케비넷(1)의 삽치구(12)측벽에 압착되게 하여서된 것이다.
미설명부호 20은 전선 21은 기판 납땜부, 22는 취부공이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 케비넷(11)후방으로 삽설된형 단자(17)가 요흠(14)에 축설된 노브(15')의 축봉(16)을 지지하여 노브(15)의 이탈을 방지하며 제3도에와같이 탄성체인 노브(15)와형 단자(17)의 절곡단부(19)의 당접부분에 전선(20)의 개재토록 노브(15)를 압착하여 삽입한후 노브(15)자체의 텐숀에 의하여 원상태로 복귀하므로 전선(20)을 고정하는 것이다.
이와같은 본 고안은 기존의 부품수와 작업 공정수를 개선하여 제품의 신뢰성을 향상시킬수 있을뿐만아니라 원가절감을 할수 있으며 사용이 편리한 장점이 있는 것이다.

  1. 케비넷(11)의 삽치구(12)측벽에 돌설된 상하걸림턱(13)과 요흠(14)을 형성하여 노브(15)의 축봉(16)을 요흠(14)에 감입토록 삽치하되 그 후방으로 돌기(18)와 만곡단부(19)가 형성된형 단자(17)를 걸림턱(13)사이로 삽설하여 돌기(18)가 케비넷(11)의 삽치구(12)측벽이 압착되게한 것을 특징으로하는 양면 사용 가능한 스피커 터미날.
