Claims (7)
- 튜브의 외부표면과 접촉한느 비등하는 유체와 튜브를 통하여 흐르는 유체사이에 열을 전달하는데 사용하기 위한 열교환 튜브에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 방사상으로 확장되는 헬리컬핀은 팁부와 뿌리부를 갖는 튜브의 세로축을 따라서 외부표면위에 형성되고, 세로축을 따라서 모든 핀의 방사상 높이는 일반적으로 같으며, 상기 팁부는 헬리컬핀의 다음 인접 소용돌이쪽으로 경사지고, 상기 경사진 팁부는 인접한 헬리컬핀들사이에 표면밑 채널을 이루고, 상기 가공된 팁부가 인접핀 및 개방기공과 접촉하는 곳에서 상기 표면 밑 채널을 교대로 형성된 밀폐부를 갖고 여기서 비등하는 유체는 상기 표면밑 채널과 연결되는 튜브의 외부 표면과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환튜브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브의 둘레의 상기 표면채널위에 상기 개방기공의 평균 갯수는 75 내지 80개 인것을 특징으로하는 열교환튜브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가공된 내부표면은 튜브의 둘레에 36개 내지 48개의 흠을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환튜브.
- 비가공된 튜브로부터 열전달 튜브를 가공하는 방법에 있어서, 맨드릴은 비가공된 튜브 내부에 배치되고, 외부핀가공장치는 상기튜브에서 적어도 하나의 방사상으로 확장하는 핀을 롤링하기 위한 다수의 디스크들을 가지며, 핀롤링장치는 상기 방사상으로 확장하는 핀위에서 회전하여 인접 롤링된 핀들 사이에 표면밑 채널을 형성하고, 톱니형 노치디스크장치는 교대로 다수의돌출부와 상기 디스크장치의 둘레에 V형 노치를 가지므로 상기 돌출부와 롤링된 핀사이의 접촉점에서 상기돌출부는 상기 롤링된 핀과 인접핀이 붙어서 배치되도록 접촉하며 상기 롤링된 핀은 상기 V형 노치 아래의 개방기공과 상기 접촉점에서 밀폐부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전달튜브를 가공하는 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 톱니형 노치디스크장치는 외부둘레에 190 내지 220개의 톱니형 돌출부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전달 튜브를 가공하는 장치.
- 인접한 핀쪽으로 핀을 롤링하고 그 사이에 채널을 형성하기 위한 롤러장치를 이 있는 튜브의 가공된 핀에 응용하고, 돌출부가 상기핀에 접촉하므로 V형 노치아래기공이 형성되는 곳에서 밀폐부를 만들기 위하여 다수의 교대 돌출부와 둘레의 V형 노치를 갖는 노치디스크를 롤링된 핀에 응요하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀이 있는 열전달튜브의 표면밑 채널위에 교대로 개방기공과 밀폐부를 가공하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 노치디스크의 외부둘레에는 튜브둘레에 약 80개 기공을 형성하기 위한 190 내지 220개의 돌출부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀이 있는 열전달튜브의 표면밑 채널위에 교대로 개방기공과 밀폐부를 가공하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
