Claims (3)

  1. 용융지수가 6-30인 폴리프로필렌 수지로된 필름을 절단하고 연신 및 열처리하여 두께가 5-50μ인 슬릿트 얀을 만들고, 이것을 침밀도가 55-200개/Cm2인 침포형 피브릴레이터로 처리하여 단위 피브릴의 섬도가 0.1-10.0 데니어인 피브릴레이티드 얀을 만들고, 이것을 크림프수가 1,500-3,000개/m되게 크림핑한 다음 집속 처리하는 개량된 카트리지 여과재용 섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 집속처리는 50TPM 정도로 가연하는 것인 개량된 카트리지 여과재용 섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 집속처리는 9-20kg/Cm2의 고압공기로 분사하는 것인 개량된 카트리지 여과재용 섬유의 제조방법.
