Claims (11)

  1. 하기식의 퍼플루오르화된 화합물
    상기식에서 탄소고리는 완전히 플루오르화된 것이며 R은 불소, -CF3또는 -CF(CF3)2로 구성된 기로부터 선택된 것이다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 하기식으로 표시되는 퍼플루오르화된 화합물.

  11. 하기식의 퍼플루오르화된 화합물을 가스수송 시약으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 시스템에서 가스를 수송하는 방법:
