주원료인 아택틱 폴리프로필렌(Atactic Polypropylene)에다 에포렌, 에스텔껌, 마이크로왓스 석유수지 밀납을 200℃ 내지 220℃의 열로써 가열용해 후 원료의 약 2배 정도의 키시렌을 조금씩 넣으면서 믹사 식혀서 얻어지는 원료에다 적당량의 금분을 넣고 폴리아미드(분말)을 첨가한 전사원료을 통상의 스크린 프린트(SOREEN PRINT)방법으로 순백지에다 인쇄하여 얻어지는 평면 금색전사지 제조방법.The raw material obtained by melting the eporene, ester gum, microwax petroleum beeswax with heat of 200 ℃ to 220 ℃, and mixing xyrene, which is about twice as much as the raw materials, by mixing it with a small amount of atactic polypropylene.
