제1도는 본 발명에 따른 보호직물(Protective fabric)을 성장식물에 사용하는 것을 도시한 사시도. 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 보호직물의 주간성능 대 야간성능을 나타내는 개략 단면도.제3도는 제2도의 3-3선을 따라 층들을 도시하는 본 발명에 따른 직물의 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 성장기중의 환경적인 열화에 저항하는 제1재료로된 제1층과 성장기중에 열화될 수 있는 제2재료로 되며 제1층에 접층된 제2층으로 구성되는 성장식물을 덮어 씌우기 위한 보호직물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 직물이 초기에 공기 및 물이 침투되고, 광투과성이며, 경량이고, 강하며, 열절연성이며, 성장기중 제2층의 열화의 결과로서 더욱 공기 및 물 침투성이 되고, 더욱 광투과성이 되며, 더욱 경량이 되고, 덜 절연성이 되는 보호직물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 임의로 향한 연속적인 열가소성 필라멘트들로 되며 제2층이 임의로 향한 별개의 비연속적인 열가소성 섬유들로 되는 보호직물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제2층의 섬유들이 주위의 자외선에의 노출에 의해 열화될 수 있는 보호직물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 제2층의 섬유들이 주위의 열에의 노출에 의해 열화될 수 있는 보호직물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 제2층의 섬유들이 주위의 산화에의 노출에 의해 열화될 수 있는 보호직물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 제2층의 섬유들이 화학 처리에의 노출에 의해 열화될 수 있는 보호직물.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 제1재료가 열가소성 재료이고 주위 환경적인 열화에 저항할 수 있게 처리된 폴리에틸렌, 나일론, 폴리프로필렌 폴리에스터로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되며 제2재료가 열가소성 재료이고 처리되지 않고 주위의 자외선에의 노출에 의해 열화될 수 있는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스터, 및 폴리프로필렌으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 보호직물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 직물이 제2층의 열화전에 6.8내지 67.8g/㎡(0.2내지 2.0 oz/yd2)의 기초중량, 1.6내지 11.4㎏(3.5내지 251b)의 인장강도, 60% PAR 이상의 광투과도, 91 내지 18.3㎥/㎡min(300내지 600ft3/ft2/min)의 기공도, 및 동결점 이하 2.8℃ 내지 5.6℃(5℉ 내지 10℉)사이의 절연보호능을 가지며, 직물이 열화후 213 내지 335㎥/㎡/min(700 내지 1100ft3/ft2/min)의 기공도를 갖는 보호직물.
