단열 차광재 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 부직포층의 일면에 합성수지 필름층을 맞댄 상태에서 니들 펀치를 이용하여 섬유설의 일부를, 필름층에의 천공형성과 동시에 반대쪽으로 밀어낸 모습을 예시한 단면도.
제 2 도는 제 1 도와 같이 1차 작업을 마친 차광재의 필름층 이면에 별도의 합성수지 필름층을 피복 접합한 상태의 단면 예시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 합성수지 필름(2)의 일면에 부직포(3)를 펼치고, 여러 개소에 구멍(6)을 뚫어 당해 부직포 부분(8)을 관통하여 노풀시키며, 이 노출된 부직포 부분(8)을 상기 필름(2)의 면 방향으로 뉘면서 걸 필름(7)을 가열용착 하여서 된 단열 차광재.
  2. 부직포의 일면에 P.E 등의 합성수지 필름을 적층하고 니들 펀치로 부직포 쪽에서 찍어 눌러 상기 필름에 구멍을 형성하며 이와 동시에 이 구멍으로 당해 부위의 부직포 부분이 관통해 그 이면으로 노출되게 한 다음에 상기 필름의 이면에 걸 필름을 덮어 씌워 가열용착하는 것을 특징으로하는 단열 차광재의 제조방법.
