본 고안은 복사원본을 이형지상에 남기는 스티카 기록지에 관한 고안이다.
컴퓨터용 라인프린터 용지나 기타 스티카 기록지는 우편물의 발송주소 기록이나 상품의 입출고 또는 매출시마다 상품출입 또는 매출현황을 수거 또는 기계적으로 기록한 후 기록지를 입출고의 상품이나 우편물, 매출상품 또는 상품의 출입, 판매원장에 부착시켜 다량의 사무기록을 간편히 부착시키는데에 사용된다.
이러한 스티카 기록지의 결점은 이형지를 그대로 버리게 됨으로 비경제적이며, 기록의 복사원본을 남기지 아니하므로 발송된 우편물이나 매출된 상품에 부착된 기록을 별도의 기록없이는 다시 확인할 수 없다는 점이다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 스티카 기록지의 결점을 개선하여 기록이 이형지상에 복사되게 함으로서 이형지를 버리지 않고 원부로서 남기게 되어 경제적일 뿐 아니라 스티카의 기록을 원본으로 보존할 수 있어 다양한 사무기록에 이용할 수 있게 된 것이다.
본 고안을 첨부 도면에 따라서 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이형지상에 스티카를 부착시킨 스티카 기록지에 있어서, 기지(11) 표면에 마이크로 잉크캡슐 부착층(12)을 형성하여 쎌프지(1)를 구성하고 이의 상면에 합성수지 라미네이팅층(13)과 씰리콘처리층(14)으로 된 이형처리층(2)을 형성하여 이형지(3)를 형성하고 다시, 점착층(15)과 기록지(16)로 된 스티카(4)를 이형지 상면에 부착한 구성이다.
도면상의 부호 5는 스티카 경계선, 6은 스티카 기록정본, 7은 이형지 기록원본이다.
본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이형지 상면에 스티카가 부착된 구성은 일반적인 스티카 기록지의 구성이다.
그러나 본 고안에서는 이형지(3)의 구성이 기지(11) 표면에 마이크로 잉크캡슐 부착층(12)을 형성하여 쎌프지(1)를 구성하고 이의 상면에 합성수지 라미네이팅층(13)과 씰리콘 처리층(14)으로 구성된 이형처리층(2)이 구성됨으로서 기록지(16)의 상면에 수거 또는 기계적으로 압력을 주어 문자를 기록하면 문자는 기록지(16)상에 기록정본(6)이 나타나면서 동시에 쎌프지(1)내의 마이크로 캡슐부착층(12)이 압력을 받아 이형지(3)상에 기록원본(7)이 기재된다.
따라서 기록정본(6)의 스티카(4)를 이형지(3)로부터 분리시켜 점착층(15)을 이용하여 발송할 우편물, 매출될 상품 또는 기록원부에 부착한 후에도 이형지상에는 기록원본(7)이 남게 되어 기록의 보존 및 차후 검색이 가능하다.
또한 본 고안은 마이크로 잉크캡슐 부착층(12)이 이형처리층(2)과 기지(11) 사이에 있게 되므로 기록원본(7)의 장기보존이 가능하게 된다.
위와 같이 본 고안은 컴퓨터 라인프린트 용지나 기타 스티카 기록지의 기록원본을 남기게 되며, 이형지를 기록원본으로 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 이형지상에 스티카가 부착되는 공지의 스티카 기록지에 있어서, 기지(11)표면에 마이크로 잉크캡슐부착층(12)을 형성하여 쌜프지(1)를 구성하고 이의 상면에 합성수지 라미네이팅층(13)과 씰리콘 처리층(14)으로 된 이형처리층(2)을 형성하여 이형지(3)를 형성하며, 이 이형지 상면에는 스티카(4)가 부착되는 복사원본을 남기는 스티카 기록지.
