제2도는 본 발명 벨루어 직물의 기모공정 설명도로써, (가)도는 파일 루우프의 형성도 (나)도는 기모되기 이전의 세모형 루우프의 형성도 (다)도는 카운터 파일 로울러로써 루우프의 중앙 정상부를 컷팅하는 상태를 도시한 설명도 (라)도는 (다)도의 정면도.
제3도는 본 발명 폴리에스텔 벨루어 직물의 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 트리코트 또는 랏셀 등의 경편 파일 루우프를 기모함에 있어서 파일 루우프(1)를 기계적 텐숀 조작으로 일방향성 세모형태 루우프(2)로 변형시키고, 세모형태 루우프(2)의 중앙 정상부(a)를 기모기의 카운터 파일 로울러(3)로써 절단한후 계속하여 절단된 부위를 기모하므로서 해모 효과를 동시에 얻을 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 경편 폴리에스텔 벨루어 직물의 제조방법.
