Description
본 발명은 국내 전역에 걸쳐서 매장되어 있는 1800-3100kcal/kg의 발열량을 함유하고 있는 저질탄을 산업용 유류 보일러의 집진기에서 수거한 그을음(Dust)과 혼합하여 발열량이 높은 고체 연료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 저질탄의 이용 방법으로 3000kcal/kg정도의 발열랑을 갖는 저질탄에 방카씨유와 소량의 조연제를 혼합하여 구멍탄을 제조토록 하였으나, 이 구멍탄은 방카씨유에 내포되어 있는 황화물의 중금속 물질이 제거되지 않아 연소시에 유독가스 발생될뿐 아니라, 고가인 방카씨유를 혼합하므로 생산비가 높아 비 경제적이었다.The present invention relates to a method of producing a solid fuel having a high calorific value by mixing low coal containing 1800-3100 kcal / kg of calorific value stored throughout the country with soot collected in a dust collector of an industrial oil boiler. . 이러한 경제성을 고려하여 본 발명은 산업용 유류 보일러에서 유류(Bc)연소시에 불완전 연소되어 생기는 그을음(Dust)을 굴뚝 하부에 설치된 집진기에서 수거하여 발열량이 낮아 쓸모없이 버려져 있는 저질탄과 혼합하여 발열량이 높은 연료로 활성화시켜 자체 열량만으로 사용가치가 없는 저질탄을 산업 및 가정 연료로 사용토록 개발하여 에너지자원 확대 및 보다 경제적인 고체 연료를 보급하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.In consideration of such economics, the present invention collects soot (Dust) generated by incomplete combustion at the time of burning oil (Bc) in an industrial oil boiler in a dust collector installed under the chimney, and generates a low calorific value by mixing with low quality coal that has been discarded and wasted. 이상과 같은 그을음의 발열량이 6400kcal/kg으로 매우 높은뿐 아니라 산업용 유류 보일러에서 사용되는 중유(BC)의 량이 연간 약 1150만톤으로 추정되는 가운데, 불완전 연소되어 생기는 그을음의 량이 2%-10%임을 감안하여 산정하여 보면 연간 23만-115만톤의 그을음이 수거되어 바람에 날리거나 매몰시킴이 적합하지 않아 환경오염만 가져올뿐 폐기처분 하기에 곤란하였던 점을 착안하여 발열량이 낮은 저질탄에 발열량이 높은 그을음을 알맞은 비율로 혼합하여 고열의 고체연료를 제공하므로 폐기처분이 곤란하였던 그을음을 유용하게 재 활용시켜 에너지 자원의 확대와 경제적인 고체 연료를 보급시킬 수 있는 것이다. 이를 실시예에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The soot calorific value is 6400kcal / kg and the amount of heavy oil (BC) used in industrial oil boilers is estimated to be about 11.1 million tons per year, while the amount of soot produced by incomplete combustion is 2% -10%. 이와같이 연료로 사용할 수 없었던 저질탄의 발열량에 따라 그을음을 실시예와 같이 혼합하여 무연탄, 갈탄등의 연료로서 각기 필요한 발열량의 고형 연료를 제공할 수 있고, 산업용 유류 보일러에서 불완전 연소되어 집진기에 축적된 그을음은 불완전연소되었기 때문에 연소성이 높으며 일차 연소되었으므로 유독가스가 적고, 저질탄의 연소를 촉진시키며, 공해로 폐기 처분이 곤란하던 그을음을 연료로 재활용하므로 환경오염을 없애주고, 쓸모없이 매장되어 있는 저질탄을 고열의 연료로 제공하므로 에너지 자원의 확대로 수입탄의 대체 효과와 경제적인 고체 연료를 보급할 수 있는 것이다.As such, the soot may be mixed according to the calorific value of the low quality coal, which could not be used as a fuel, to provide solid fuel having the calorific value required for each of the anthracite coal and lignite, and the soot accumulated in the dust collector due to incomplete combustion in an industrial oil boiler.
