Abstract

The process sets imitation loops around a core yarn to obtain the same effect as that of the loop yarn. A first core yarn is guided to the back roller (3) while an effect yarn is guided to a front roller (4) for twisting, the rotational speed ratio between (4) and (3) being 1:0.5-0.6. The twisted yarn (5) is again twisted with a second core yarn (10) only by means of roller (4) to be heat set at 80 deg.C for 20 min. The process is simple and easy to present an imitation loop yarn having the same surface effect as the loop yarn. The yarn is useful for knittings.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a pseudo-loop which fixes and forms an imitation loop around a surface of a core yarn, and more specifically, an effect yarn having excellent first examination and bulk properties of a filament yarn. yarn) to form a pseudo loop, and then secondly associate it with a second examination of filament yarn, and fix the heat or steaming set to obtain the same effect as that of the loop yarn without actually forming the loop. It relates to a method for producing pseudo-loops.

In general, the conventional loops have to form a loop at a predetermined interval around the screening and bind the loops so that the loops do not collapse, so that a separate loop forming device and the binding device had to be additionally installed. It takes time to reduce productivity as well as to be pointed out as a factor of increase in manufacturing cost, and the loops manufactured as described above are also relatively large in size with the formation of irregular loops, which lowers the knitting speed during fabric knitting. In particular, many cases of entangled or cut loops occur during the knitting process, and many problems are raised in the quality improvement.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems more effectively, it is possible to provide a core yarn that can be applied simply and easily the same surface effect as a loop yarn using a common twisting machine, and also various materials Raw material yarns can be used as effect yarns, so that the uniformity, flexibility, and elasticity, which should be provided as knitting yarns, are superior to those of ordinary roofing yarns. When used as a knitting, there is an advantage that can improve the speed of knitting.

When the present invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings as follows.

1 is an illustration of a manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a similar loop yarn of the present invention, a twister of general structure may be used.

According to the present invention, the polyester filament yarn is used as the first examination 1 to guide the roller 3 of the twisting machine, and the acrylic roller or blended yarn having excellent bulk property is used as the effect yarn 2, and the front roller 4 is used. The rotation ratio of the front roller 4 and the rear roller 3 is adjusted to maintain a speed ratio of 1: 0.5-0.6.

In the present invention, the rotational speed ratio between the front roller (4) and the rear roller (3) has an important meaning, it is difficult to form a loop when the speed ratio is less than 1: 0.5, and it is generated when maintaining 1: 0.6 or more. As the size of the loops becomes larger, tangles and cut-offs of the yarns occur remarkably, and thus the object of the present invention cannot be achieved.

That is, the effect yarn 2 is wound around the first judging 1 in a constant state by the speed difference between the back roller 3 and the front roller 4, and is wound on the bobbin 5. In this case, the loop formed is able to maintain a uniform state while being relatively small.

In this way, the first loop-like pseudo loop yarn is configured in such a state that the effect yarn 2 is not fixed from the examination 1, that is, the effect yarn 2 can be driven to one side.

2 and 3 are side views illustrating the drawing process, and FIG. 2 illustrates the first drawing process. Thus, the similar looped yarn wound on the bobbin 5 through the first twisting process is effected by being combined through the second twisting process of second twisting as the second screening 10 as shown in FIG. Loosening of the yarn 2 is prevented.

In this second twisting process, after adjusting the similar looping yarn on the bobbin (5) and the second screening (10) at the same speed ratio and re-twisting using only the front roller (4) around the first screening (1). The effect yarn 2 wound and wound in a predetermined form is associated with the fluidity suppressed by the second examination 10.

Subsequently, the similar looping yarn, which is combined in the second stage, is subjected to a heat treatment process by steam for about 20 minutes under a temperature condition of 80 ° C. As a result, the effect yarn 2 of bulky acrylic yarn is subjected to heat treatment of the fiber. By increasing the apparent volume, the arrangement of the fibrous tissues is entangled with each other to fix the similar loops generated between the examinations. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the similar looping yarn fixed to the screening due to the apparent expansion of the effect yarn by the heat treatment to prevent it from being driven or loosened to one side, and also to improve flexibility and elasticity.

In the present invention, the size of the pseudo loop can be easily changed by adjusting the rotational speed ratio of the front roller 4 and the rear roller 3 in the first twisting process.

As described above, the present invention guides the first examination and the effector to the rear rollers and the front rollers of the twisting machine, respectively, and the first twisting while maintaining the speed ratio of a predetermined rotation, preferably a speed ratio of about 1: 0.6. The pseudo-loop yarn formed by the first twisting process, the second twisting process of combining the first twisted pseudo-loops with the second examination of the filament yarn, and the first and second twisting processes under a temperature condition of 80 ° C. for about 20 minutes. By the process of heat treatment over, it can show the same surface effect as the loop yarn without any additional equipment to form the actual loop. It is possible to provide pseudo-loops that are superior to those of looping yarns in terms of uniformity, flexibility, and elasticity, which are required as a chamber. It will also like this when you use a similar four loops of the present invention to knit warriors, geotyieoseo in line to further improve the speed of knitting improve productivity and reduce production costs as well would be very desirable for high-end quality.
