섬유강화 복합재료로된 중공축(中空軸)을 제조함에 있어서, 먼저, 미경화수지를 함침시킨 보강섬유를 심축(芯軸)에 감아주되 그 보강섬유가 중공축의 장축방향에 대하여 ±20° 내지 ±90°의 각도가 되도록 감아주고, 그 위에다, 반경화 상태의 수지물을 함침시킨 프래프레그시트(prepreg sheet)를 적층시키되 그 프래프래그시트의 보강섬유 배향각도가 중공축의 장축방향에 대하여 0° 내지 ±20°의 각도가 되도록 적충시킨 다음, 다시 그 위에다 열수축 테이프를 감은 상태에서 이를 가열 성형시키므로서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재료로된 중공축의 제조방법.In manufacturing a hollow shaft made of a fiber-reinforced composite material, first, a reinforcing fiber impregnated with an uncured resin is wound around a mandrel, and the reinforcing fiber is ± 20 ° to the long axis direction of the hollow shaft.
