Claims (7)
- Ni를 주성분으로하고 환원제로서 적어도 Si를 포함하는 기체금속(1)과, 상기 기체금속(1)상에 코팅되고, 적어도 Ba를 포함하는 알칼리토류 금속 산화물(8)만이 아니라 SC2O3를 포함하는 전자방사물질층(electronemissive layer)(5)을 구성하는 전자관음극에 있어서, 상기 SC2O3는 12면체결정(4a)으로 구성시키며 상기 전자방사물질층(5)내에서 0.1-20wt%의 범위로하여 분산시킴을 특징으로한 상기 전자관음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 SC2O3의 12면체결정(4a)은 스칸듐(Sc)을 포함하는 염산용액에 암모늄옥살레이트를 첨가하여 침전(deposite)시킴으로써 형성됨을 특징으로한 상기 전자관음극.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 SC2O3의 12면체결정(4a)는 잔류염소를 제거시키기 위하여 베어킹(baking)시킴을 특징으로한 상기 전자관음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 SC2O3의 12면체결정(4a)은 평균입자직경이 5-50㎛의 범위를 가짐을 특징으로한 상기 전자관음극.
- Ni를 주성분으로하고 환원제로서 적어도 Si를 포함하는 기체금속(1)과, 상기 기체금속(1)상에 코팅하고 적어도 Ba를 함유한 알칼리토류 금속산화물(8)만이 아니라SC2O3를 포함하는 전자방사물질층(5)을 구성한 전자관음극에 있어서, 상기 SC2O3는 주상다면체결정(prismatic polyhedral cyrstals)(4b)으로 구성시키며 상기 전자방사물질층(5)내에서 0.1-20wt%의 범위로하여 분산시킴을 특징으로한 상기 전자관음극.
- 제 5항에 있어서, SC2O3는 주상다면체결정(4b)은 스칸듐을 포함하는 질산용액에 수산(oxalic acid)을 첨가하여 침전시킴으로써 형성됨을 특징으로한 상기 전자관음극.
- 제 5항에 있어서,SC2O3는 주상다면체결정(4b)은 평균입자직경이 5-50㎛의 범위를 가짐을 특징으로한 상기 전자관음극.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
