Claims (4)

  1. 스텝모우터용 영구자석을 제조함에 있어서, Fe-Nd-B 자성분말과, 바인더 수지로서 나일론 6, 나일론 12 또는 에폭시수지 중에서 선택된 수지를 혼합하되 상기 바인더 수지를 용융시킨 상태에서 상기 Fe-Nd-B 자성분말을 전체조성물에 대하여 81-92중량%가 되도록 혼합시켜서 제조하는 것을 특징으로하는 스텝모우터용 영고자석의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 나일론 6는 200℃∼230℃온도로 용융시킨 상태에서 상기 자성분말과 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 나일론 180℃∼190℃의 온도로 용융시킨 상태에서 상기 자성분말과 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 에폭시수지는 200℃∼210℃의 온도로 용융시킨 상태에서 상기 자성분말과 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
