Claims (15)

  1. 하기 일반식 구조식의 화합물 또는 이들의 산부가염 또는 금속염 복합체 :
    상기식에서 R은 임의로 치환된 아릴기이며; R1은 수소원자 또는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐기이며; R2은 수소 또는 할로겐원자 또는 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕시, 할로알콕시, 알킬티오, 히드록실, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 알킬티오, 히드록실, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 알킬아미노, 디알킬아미노 또는 모르폴린기이며; X는 산소 또는 황원자, 카르보닐기 또는 R4와 R5가 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 알콕시기를 나타내는 기 -CR4R5-이며; Y는 산소 또는 황원자이며; n은 0 내지 6의 정수이며; m은 0 또는 1이며; Z는 페닐기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 할로겐원자, 니트로, 시아노, 히드록실, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알콕시, 할로알콕시, 아미노, 알킬아미노, 디알킬아미노, 카르보닐, 알콕시카르보닐, 카르복실, 알카노일, 알킬티오, 알킬술피닐, 알킬술포닐, 카르바모일, 알킬아미도, 시클로알킬 및 페닐기로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체에 의해 임으로 치환된 아릴기인 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 페닐 또는 나프틸기인 화합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 1 내지 3개의 할로겐원자에 의해 치환된 페닐기인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 할로겐원자가 염소원자인 화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 각각 할로겐원자, 니트로, 시아노, 히드록실, 카르복실, 카르보닐, 아미노, C1-4알킬아미노, 디-C1-4알킬아미노, C1-4알콕시 또는 할로알콕시 및 C1-4알콕시카르보닐기로부터 선택된 하나이상의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된 C2-6알키닐기 C2-6알케닐기 또는 C1-8알키기인 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 모노-, 디- 또는 트리클로로페닐, 디플루오페닐, 트리브로모페닐, 디클로로플루오로페닐, 디클로로니트로페닐, 시아노페닐, 프로필페닐, 시클로헥실페닐, 비페닐릴 또는 브로모나프탈기이며; R1이 수소원자 또는 프로필, 부틸, 펜틸, 헥실, 헵틸, 프로피닐 또는 메톡시에틸기이며; R2가 수소 또는 염소원자 또는 메톡시, 부틸티오 또는 모르폴린기이며; X가 산소 또는 황원자, 카르보닐기 또는 R4와 R5기 모두 에톡시를 나타내는 기 -CR4R5-이며; Y가 산소 또는 황원자이며; n이 0,2 또는 3인 화합물.
  8. 하기 일반구조식(II)의 화합물을 하기 일반구조식(III)의 화합물과 반응시키고; 원한다면 Y가 산소원자인 일반구조식(I)의 결과 화합물을 티에이팅제(thiating agent)와 반응시켜 Y가 황원자인 일반구조식(I)의 화합물을 형성하고; 원한다면 일반구조식(I)의 화합물을 적당한 산 또는 금속염과 반응시켜 이들의 산부가염 또는 금속염 복합체를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 일반구조식(I) 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 m이 0일때 P는 -NHR1기이며 Q는 이탈기 L이거나 P가 이탈기 L′이고 Q는 기 -NHR1이며; m이 1일 때 P는 L′기이며 Q는 기 -ZNHR1이며; R, R1, R2, X, Y, n, m 및 Z는 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서 L이 염소 또는 브롬원자 또는 R3이 임의 치환된 C1-4알킬 또는 알릴기인 기 OSO2R3이며 L′가 염소 또는 브롬원자 또는 히드록실 또는 알콕시기인 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조되는 일반구조식(I)의 화합물.
  11. 활성성분으로서 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 일반구조식(I)의 화합물 또는 이들의 산부가염 또는 금속염 복합체와 담체를 포함하는 살균 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서 적어도 1개가 표면 활성제인 적어도 2개의 담체를 포함하는 조성물.
  13. 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 일반구조식(I)의 화합물로 지역을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 그 지역에서 균을 방제하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서 지역이 세균의 공격을 받거나 받은 식물, 그러한 식물의 종자 또는 식물이 자라고 있거나 자라게 될 배지를 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 일반구조식(I) 화합물 또는 제11항 또는 제12항에 정의된 조성물을 살균제로서 사용.
