Claims (23)
- 유효량의 교차결합된 압감접착층과 유연성이 있는 열복원성 시이트를 함유하며, 접착층이 시이트 수축방향을 횡단하는 시이트에 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭이 넓은 보호성 클로저로서 사용되는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제는 테두리가 복원방향을 횡단하는 열복원수축성 물질의 각 시이트 테두리 너머로 측면까지 연장되어 있느 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열 복원성 물질 시이트 접촉에 따라 접착층면의 노출 부위와 접촉하는 릴리즈 라이너와 접착층의 다른 면을 카바하는 내연성 백킹을 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착층의 총면은 열복원성 시이트 물질의 한쪽면에 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 접착층의 다른 면을 카바하는 릴리즈 라이너를 포함하는 제품.
- 제항에 있어서, 다음의 a와 b로 구성되어 있는 교차결합된 압감 접착제 : a) 아크릴레이트 삼중합체 : i) 알킬기가 적어도 5탄소수인 적어도 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트 ii) 알킬기가 1-4 탄소수인 이차 알킬 아크릴레이트; iii) 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 이타코닌 산으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 공중합성 모노에틸렌 모노머; b) 다음의 그룹에서 선택된 교차결합제; i) 아민 포름알데하이드 응축물, ii) 색소단이 치환된 트리할로메틸 트리아진, iii) 다기능성 아크릴레이트 모노머, iv) 이것들의 혼합물 등.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합제는 저급의 알콕시화된 아민 포름알데히드 응축물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합제는 색소단이 치환된 트리할로메틸 트리아진인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 교차결합제는 4(3,4-디메톡시페닐)-비스트리클로로메틸-S-트리아진인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합제는 아민 포름알데히드 응축물과 색소단이 치환된 트리할로메틸트리아진인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 교차결합제는 다기능성 아크릴레이트 모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강 충진제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 보강 충진제는 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 실리카는 접착제의 2-7중량% 농도로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 실리카는 접착제의 3-6중량% 농도로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시이트 물질을 비결정질 중합체와 반결정질 중합체와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시이트 물질은 접착층과 접촉하는, 적어도 이것의 표면부위 상에 프라이머를 갖는 저표면 에너지물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 시이트 물질은 폴리올레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 시이트 물질은 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 다음으로 구성된 단계로 실린더형 기판을 밀봉시키는 방법 : a) 시이트의 한 테두리를 너머 측면까지 연장된 접착제 부위를 최초로 고착되어 있는 시이트의 동일면 이차부위에 고착시키는 방식으로 기판에 제2항의 제품을 원주형으로 완전히 감싸는 단계; b) 접착제를 활성화시키기 위해서 접착층을 가열시키는 단계; c) 시이트가 원통형 기판에 대하여 복원되도록 열복원성 물질 시이트의 남은 부분을 가열시키는 단계.
- 다음 단계로 구성된 실린더형 기판을 밀봉시키는 방법 : a) 시이트의 한 테두리를 너머 측면까지 연장된 접착제 부위를 접착제가 최초로 고착되어 있는 시이트의 동일면 이차부위에 고착시키는 방식으로 기판에 제4항의 제품을 원주형으로 완전히 감싸는 단계, b) 접착제를 활성화시키기 위해서 접착층을 가열시키는 단계; c) 시이트가 원통형 기판에 대하여 복원되도록 열복원성 물질 시이트의 남은 부분을 가열시키는 단계.
- 열복원성 물질의 복원시에 개방구의 실질적인 변형이 일어나는 것을 방지하기에 충분한 양으로 개방구를 둘러싸는교차결합된 압감접착제와 시이트의 각 테두리에서 떨어진 곳에 위치한 개방구를 갖는 열복원성 물질 시이트를 함유하는 강화된 열복원성 클로저 멤버로서 유용한 제품.
- 제22항에 있어서, 교차결합 압감접착제는 다음으로 구성되어 있는 제품. a) 아크릴레이트 삼중합체 : i) 알킬기가 적어도 5 탄소수인 적어도 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트 ii) 알킬기가 1-4 탄소수인 이차 알킬아크릴레이트; iii) 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 이타코닌산으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 공중합성 모노에틸렌 모노머; b) 다음의 그룹에서 선택된 교차 결합제 : i) 아민 포름알데하이드 응축물, ii) 색소단이 치환된 트리할로 메틸트리아진, iii) 다기능성 아크릴레이트 모노머; iv) 이것들의 혼합물 등.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
