Claims (2)

  1. 교류 서보 모터의 보호회로에 있어서, 교류 서보모터의 부하변동시나 가감속시 정상에 이르기전 일정시간 동안 정격전류, 최대순시전류, 이하의 전류가 흐르는 경우 이를 감지하는 과전류 감지회로(10)와, 교류 서보모터가 정격속도 이상 운전될시 타코메타로부터 과속도를 감지하는 과속도 검출회로(20)와, 전원전압이 강하되면 회로가 오동작을 하게 되므로 원하지 않는 출력을 얻게되므로서 이를 방지하기 위해 공급전원 전압에 미치지 못하는 강하상태를 검출하는 전압 강하 검출회로(30)와, 과전류 감지회로(10) 및 과속도 검출회로(20)와 전압강화 검출회로(30)의 출력을 체크하여 이상이 발생시 교류 서보 모터에 구동신호의 PWM 신호를 차단하도록 하고 이상 상태를 모니터링 하도록 제어하는 제어부(40)와, 상기 제어부(40)에서 처리한 감지결과를 사용자가 알기 쉽도록 표시하는 표시부(50)와, 상기 감지 및 검출회로(10, 20, 30)에서 이상상태를 감지했을시 상기 제어부(40)에 인터럽터 신호를 공급하는 인터럽터 신호 발생부(60)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 회로.
  2. 교류 서보모터로부터 과전류, 과속도를 검출하는 과전류 및 과속도 감지회로(10, 20)와, 시스템에 공급되는 전원의 전압강하상태를 감지하는 전압강하 검출회로(30)와, 상기 과전류 및 과속도감지회로(10, 20) 및 전압강하 검출회로(30)로부터 감지된 신호를 입력하여 처리한 후 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(40)와, 디스플레이 장치인 표시부(50)와, 상기 검출신호로부터 제어부(40)에 인터럽터 신호를 공급하는 인터럽터 신호 발생부(60)를 구비하여 시스템을 보호하는 방법에 있어서, 시스템을 초기화 한 후 상기 과전류, 과속도감지회로(10, 20)와 전압강하 검출회로(30)의 상태의 감지로부터 인터럽터 발생부(60)의 발생신호를 체크하는 제1과정과, 상기 제1과정으로부터 인터럽터 신호 입력시 교류 서보모터로 공급되는 구동용 PWM 신호를 차단하는 제2과정과, 상기 제2과정으로부터 상기 과전류, 과속도감지회로(10, 20)와 전압강하 검출회로(30)의 입력된 상태를 제어부(50)에서 보호 기능별로 체크하는 제3과정과,상기 제3과정으로부터 해당보호기능에 따라 상기 표시부(50)로 보호상태를 디스플레이하는 제4과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
