- 기판 안쪽면에 블랙 마스크층(13), (13)을 가진 액정 표시 소자에 있어서, 상기 블랙마스크 층(13), (13)을 형성하는 잉크 중의 카아본 입자의 지름을 0.1 내지 0.3㎛로 한것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
