제 1 도는 셔츠형태의 의복을 누르는데 특히 적용된 의복 프레스 형태의 본 발명의 프레스의 1 실시예를 예시하고 있으며; 지지구조체와, 이 지지구조체에 의해 지지되는 버크 형태의 제 1 부재와, 이 지지구조체에 의해 지지되는 헤드 조립체 형태의 제 2 부재, 및 이 헤드조립체를 버크쪽으로 가압하고 이 버크 위에 지지되어 있는 작업물 또는 셔츠에 대하여 가압하기 위한 공기 실린더 형태의 구동부재를 상세히 예시하고 있는 부분 절단 등척도, 관계로 지지하는 2중 목적을 위한 기능을 하는 장착 조립체를 상세히 예시하고 있는 부분 평면도, 제 3 도는 지지구조체의 앞판의 제거된 상태에서의 제 1 도에 예시된 프레스의 정면도, 제 4 도는 후퇴 위치에 있는 헤드 조립체를 상세히 예시하고 있는 제 1 도의 프레스의 부분 입면, 부분 단면, 부분 절단도.

Claims (9)

  1. 지지구조체와, 상기 지지구조체에 의해 지지되며 작업물을 지지하는데 적용되는 제 1 부재와, 상기 지지구조체에 지지되는 제 2 부재, 및 상기 제 2 부재를 상기 제 1 부재쪽으로 그리고 상기 작업물에 대하여 가압하여 누름힘을 가하는 작동부재를 구비하고 있는 프레스에 있어서, 상기 제 2 부재를 상기 제 1 부재에 대하여 원근 안내하기 위하여 상기 제 2 부재와 상기 지지구조체 사이에서 작동상 연결되어 있는 안내부재를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 작동부재 및 안내부재는 상기 작동부재가 상기 누름힘을 가할 수 있도록 상호작용 하는 한편 상기 지지구조체가 상기 작동부재에 의해 발생되는 하중을 받지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재는 상기 제 2 부재를 상기 제 1 부재쪽으로 이동시키는데 적용되며 더우기 기계식 스프링부재에 의해 상기 제 2 부재를 상기 제 1 부재로부터 이격이동시키는데 적용되는 단동 공기 실린더로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재는 상기 제 2 부재를 상기 제 1 부재에 대하여 원근 이동시키는데 적용되는 단동공기 실린더로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안내부재는 상기 지지구조체에 의해 지지되는 복수의 고정 피봇부재와, 상기 제 2 부재에 의해 지지되는 복수의 가동 피봇부재, 및 상기 고정 피봇부재와, 가동 피봇부재의 사이에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 연결되어 있는 레버부재를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 레버부제는 한쪽끝에서 상기 지지구조체상의 피결합 고정 피봇부재에 각각 회전 가능하게 지지되어 연결되여 맞은쪽 끝에서 상기 제 2 부재상의 피결합 가동 피봇부재에 각각 회전 가능하게 지지되어 연결되는 복수의 레버를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 고정 피봇부재는 상부 및 하부 수평면에 배치되어 있으며 상기 면들은 상기 지지구조체를 따라서 수직으로 일정간격으로 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재는 단동 공기실린더 실린더로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 상부수평면 위에 수직으로 배치된 대략 수평면에 있는 상기 지지구조체에 의해 지지되는 장착조립체와, 상기 제 1 부재를 상기 장착조립체의 상부 부분에 분리 가능하게 체결하는 부재, 및 상기 공기 실린더를 상기 장착조립체의 하부 부분으로부터 지지되어 매달리게 하는 부재를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 부재는, 각각은 상부 수평팔 부분과, 하부 수평팔 부분, 및 상부 및 하부 수평팔 부분 사이에 배치된 일체의 수직팔 부분을 가지고 있는 각각의 C자형판들이 수직으로 일정간격으로 떨어져 있는 관계로 배치되어서 된 한쌍의 대략 동일한 C자형, 및 상기 판들을 평행관계로 연결하는 부재를 포함하는 대략 C자형 조립체인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
  9. 상기 프레스용 지지구조체를 제공하는 단계와, 작업물을 지지하는데 차례로 적용되는 상기 지지구조체 위에 제 1 부재를 지지하는 단계와, 제 2 부재를 상기 지지구조체 위에 지지하는 단계, 및 상기 제 2 부재를 상기 제 1 부재를 향하여 그리고 상기 작업물에 대하여 가압하여 누름힘을 가하기 위하여 상기 지지구조체 위에 작동부재를 지지하는 단계를 포함하는 프레스 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 작동부재 및 안내부재가 상호협력 하여 상기 작동부재가 상기 누름힘을 가하는 한편 상기 지지구조체가 상기 작동부재에 의해 발생되는 하중을 받지 않도록 상기 제 2 부재를 상기 제 1 부재에 대하여 원근 안내하기 위하여 상기 제 2 부재와 상기 지지구조체와의 사이에 안내부재를 작동상 연결시키는 단계를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스.
