Claims (1)

  1. 장척통형상의 합성수지필름을 띠 형상으로 하여, 적당한 간격마다 선형상 용착을 시행함과 동시에 상기 바닥에 근접 시켜서 재봉틀 바늘자국등에 의한 취약 잘린 곳을 설치한 포장자루 연속체를 로울형상으로 감아서 형성한 로울자루를 세로로 세워서 수용하는 원통형상 또는 다각통 형상의 용기와, 상기 용기에 붙이고 떼기 자유롭고 적당한 크기에 투시구멍을 설치한 위뚜껑과, 상기 위 뚜껑에 그 투시 구멍에 연이어 통하게 하여 정착한 내측면의 마찰저항이 큰 통형상의 마찰절단기로 이루어지고, 상기 로울자루의 선단부를 그 바깥둘레에서 축방향으로 끈 형상으로 수렴함과 동시에 상기 마찰절단기를 통해서 용기 외로 꺼내어, 이 선단부를 비스듬히 잡아 당기므로서, 그 인장력과 상기 마찰전단기의 마찰과에 의해서 로울자루를 취약 잘린 곳에서 절단하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 로울자루 잘라내는 장치.
