제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한 믹싱장치의 사시도. 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 믹싱장치의 분해 사시도. 제 3 도는 기어세그멘트가 완전히 회전된 위치에 있고, 결합 및 해탈기어가 베벨기어와 해탈된 것을 도시하는 하우징의 부분이 절개된 믹싱장치의부분 확대도.

Claims (6)

  1. 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 한쪽끝으로부터 돌출된 최소한 하나 이상의 블레이드 수단과, 상기 하우징의 또 다른쪽 끝으로부터 돌출되어 이에 일체로 설치된 고정손잡이와, 상기 하우징에 회동할 수 있도록 결합되고, 상기 고정손잡이와 협동하여 동작하는 가동손잡이와, 상기 가동손잡이를 상기 블레이드 수단에 결합하고, 상기 가동손잡이의 왕복운동을 상기 블레이드 수단의 회전운동으로 변환시켜는 상기 하우징 내부에 배치된 기어기구로 이루어지는 수동 믹싱장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 믹싱장치는 또한 상기 가동손잡이가 상기 고정손잡이로부터 간격이 떨어지고 각도록 이루는 제 1 위치에 상기 가동손잡이를 편의시키는 스프링수단을 포함하고, 상기 스프링수단에 대항하는 힘을 가하여 상기 고정손잡이에 상기 가동손잡이가 맞닿는 제 2 위치로 상기 가동손잡이를 상기 고정손잡이 쪽으로 잡아당길 수 있는 수동 믹싱장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기어기구는 상기 가동손잡이의 한쪽끝에 일체로 설치된 기어세그멘트에 의하여 결합되어 회전되는 피니언기어를 갖는 결합 및 해탈기어가 설치된 수동 믹싱장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 기어기구는 또한 제 1 베벨기어를 포함하고, 이 제 1 베벨기어는 한쪽끝에 상기 블레이드 수단이 고정된 축의 다른 한쪽끝에 설치된 제 2 베벨기어와 맞물려 결합되는 수동 믹싱장치.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합 및 해탈기어는 상기 제 1 베벨기어와 결합된 피니언기어와 맞물리고, 상기 결합 및 해탈기어는 또한 상기 하우징의 두개의 대향하는 측벽의 내면으로부터 돌출된 두개의 대향하는 콜러에 양끝이 수용된 핀에 의하여 형성되는 축을 중심으로 회전하고, 상기 각 콜로는 상기 핀이 그것에 따라서 이동하는 긴 홈을 가지며, 기어세그멘트가 시계방향으로 회동될때 상기 결합 및 해탈기어와 결합된 피니언기어에 힘을 가하여 상기 결합 및 해탈기어를 상기 제 1 베벨기어와 결합된 상기 피니언기어쪽으로 이동하여 맞물리게 함으로써 상기 제 1 베벨기어를 시계방향으로 회전시키고, 기어세그멘트가 반시계방향으로 회동될때 결합 및 해탈기어가 상기 제 1 베벨기어와 결합된 상기 피니언기어와의 결합으로부터 빠져나오도록 이동하는 수동 믹싱장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 블레이드 수단의 축은 또한 아이들기어를 포함하고, 이 아이들기어는 한쪽끝에 블레이드 수단이 고정된 또 다른 측에 장착된 아이들기어에 맞물리고, 상기 축의 제 2 베벨기어가 시계방향으로 회전할 때 상기 축의 상기 아이들기어는 시계방향으로 회전하여, 상기 또 다른 아이들기어 및 상기 또 다른 블레이드 수단을 반시계방향으로 회전하도록 구동하는 수동 믹싱장치.
