Claims (1)

  1. 지하에 물탱크(1)를 만들고 그 속에 물을 채우고 그 물에 황산을 풀어 놓는다. 그 물탱크(1) 속에 속이 빈 2개의 파이프를 설치하고 파이프(2) 또 다른 파이프(3) 밑에 물을 전기분해할 수 있도록(2) 파이프 밑에 +선(4)(3) 파이프 밑에 -선(5)을 연결하고 +선(4) 전기선과 -선(5) 전기선에는 백금극판(6)을 장치하고, 2개의 파이프는 각기 상층부로 올라갈 수 있도록 철 콘크리트로 된 구조물(7)을 만들어 밑에 물탱크(1)에서 올라온 (2)(3) 파이프 라인을 구조물(7) 옥상에 만들어진 수소, 산소 연료전지(8) 장치로 연결하고 연료 전지장치(8)에서 나온물이 모아져 홈통(9)으로 보내지게 물길을 만든다. 그 물이 지상으로 떨어지는 장소에는 터빈이 있는 발전기(10)를 설치하고 그 밑면에는 물이 모아져 물탱크(1) 속으로 들어가게끔 물길을 만든 윤회 에너지 발전 발생장치.
