이온계 염료-짝이온 착화합물을 이용한 투명 또는 반투명 물질의 적층방법

Claims (20)

  1. 자유라디칼 부가중합성 또는 교차결합성 화합물 및 염료-짝이온 착화합물을 함유하는 광경화성 조성물을 제1기질의 한 표면상에 피복하고, 이때 상기 착화합물은 화학선을 흡수할 수 있고 또한 상기 화합물의 자유라디칼 중합 또는 교차결합을 개시하는 자유라디칼을 생성할 수 있으며 ; 상기 광경화성 조성물을 제2기질상에 처리하여 상기 광경화성 조성물이 상기 제1기질과 상기 제2기질 사이에 위치하는 적층물을 형성시키며 ; 상기 적층물을 화학선에 노출시키는(이때, 상기 기질중 적어도 하나는 투멍 또는 반투명함) 단계를 포함하는 투명 또는 반투명한 기질을 적층시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있이서, 상기 착화합물이 광표백성인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물이 양이온계 염료-보레이트 음이온 착화합물인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양이온계 염료-보레이트 음이온 착화합물이 다음 일반식으로 나타내지는 방법.
    상기식에서, D+는 양이온계 염료 부분이고, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 동일 또는 상이하며, 알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬, 알카릴, 알케닐, 알키닐, 알리사이클릭, 헤테로사이클릭 및 알릴 그룹으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양이온계 염료가 양이온계 메틴, 폴리메틴, 트리아릴메탄, 인돌린, 티아진, 크산텐, 옥사진 및 아크리딘 염료로 구싱된 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물이 음이온계 염료 착화합물인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 음이온계 염료가 크산텐 및 옥소놀 염료로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물이 음이온계 염료-요오드늄 이온 착화합물 또는 음이온계 염료-피릴륨 이온 착화합물인 방법.
  10. 자유라디칼 부가 중합성 또는 교차결합성 화합물 및 염료-짝이온 착화합물을 함유하는 광경화성 조성물을 제1기질의 한 표면상에 피복하고, 이때 상기 착화합물은 화학선을 흡수할 수 있고 또한 상기 화합물의 자유라디칼 중합 또는 교차결합을 개시하는 자유라디카을 생성할 수 있으며 ; 상기 광경화성 조성물을 제2기질상에 처리하여 상기 광경화성 조성물이 상기 제1기질과 상기 제2기질 사이에 위치하는 적층물을 형성시키며 ; 상기 적층물을 화학선에 노출시키는(이때, 상기 기질중 적어도 하나는 유리임) 단계를 포함하는 유리 기질을 적층시키는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 이온계 염료-짝이온 착화합물이 광경화성인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물이 양이온계 염료-보레이트 음이온 착화합물인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 양이온계 염료-브레이트 음이온 착화합물이 다음 일반식으로 나타내지는 방법.
    상기식에서, D+는 양이온계 염료 부분이고, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 동일 또는 상이하며, 알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬, 알카릴, 알케닐, 알키닐, 알리사이클릭, 헤테로사이클릭 및 알릴 그룹으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된다.

  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 음이온계 염료가 크산텐 및 옥소놀 염료로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물이 음이온계 염료-요오드늄 이온 착화합물 또는 음이온계 염료-피릴륨 이온 착화합물인 방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기질중 적어도 1개는 투명 또는 반투명한 중합체성 필름인 방법.
  20. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제 2 기질이 유리인 방법.
