Claims (13)
- 주어진 길이를 갖는 금속촉매지지체와, 가스가 흐를수 있는 짜여진 금속판재로 형성된 벌집형태의 구조와 두개의 단부 표면과, 상기의 벌집형태의 구조를 둘러싸고 또 상기의 주어진 길이보다 짧은 자케트 튜브와, 주어진 깊이로 브레이징 되는 적어도 일부분의 상기의 단부표면과, 상기의 주어진 깊이보다 큰 상기의 단부표면의 각각의 하나 앞에서 거리를 두고 각각 설치된 단부를 갖는 상기의 쟈케트튜브로 구성되는 금속촉매지지체 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 주어진 깊이가 4.5밀리미터이고 상기의 쟈케트튜브의 상기의 단부들과 상기의 단부표면사이의 상기의 거리가 5 내지 40 밀리미터인 촉매 지지체 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 촉매지지제가 가장 바깥의 층을 갖고 또 상기의 쟈케트튜브가 상기의 쟈케트튜브의 좁은 원주부분에서 상기의 가장 바깥층에만 브레이징 되는 촉매지지체 어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 쟈케트튜브가 대략 상기의 좁은 원주부분에만 걸쳐 환형으로 연장되는 촉매지지체 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기의 자케트튜브가 안에 형성된 종방향 슬리트를 갖는 촉매지지체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 종방향 슬리트에 걸치고 또 적어도 한 부분에 상기의 쟈케트튜브를 고정하는 적어도 하나의 용접부를 포함하는 촉매지지체.
- 주어진 길이로 금속촉매지지체를 감고 두개의 단부 표면들과 가장 바깥 층과 벌집형태구조가 가스를 흐를수 있는 짜여진 금속판재로 형성되며, 주어진 길이보다 짧은 쟈케트튜브 안에서 종방향 슬리트를 열어 펼치고 단부표면들의 각각의 하나 앞에서 쟈케트튜브의 단부들이 거리를 두고 있으며 이 쟈케트튜브를 주어진 위치안으로 촉매지지체에 끼우서 종방향 슬리트를 폐쇄하고 적어도 한점에서 종방향 슬리트를 용접하며, 단부표면들의 적어도 한 부분에 브레이징재료를 적용시키고, 브레이징될 쟈케트튜브의 내부에 적어도 하나의 가장 바깥쪽의 층과 원주부분상에 브레이징재료를 적용시키며, 촉매지지체를 쟈케트튜브에 브레이징하는 것으로 구성되는 촉매지지체 어셈블리를 만드는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 접착제와 아교 및 결합제로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터의 재료의 도움으로 가장 바깥층의 적어도 하나와 원주부분상에 브레이징 재료를 적용시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가장 바깥층의 적어도 하나와 원주 부분상에 브레이징재료를 적용시키전에 단부표면의 적어도 일부분상에 브레이징 재료를 적용시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가장 바깥층의 적어도 하나와 원주 부분상에 브레이징 재료를 적용시킨 후에 단부표면의 적어도 일부상에 브레이징 재료를 적용시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 쟈케트튜브를 끼우고 닫고 용접하기 전에 단부표면의 적어도 일부상에 브레이징 재료를 적용시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 쟈케트튜브를 끼우고 닫고 용접한 후에 단부표면의 적어 일부상에 브레이징 재료를 적용시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
