Claims (3)
- 인조 대리석에 있어서, 30 내지 60중량%의 강화수지와 천연쇄석을 끓는 물에서 세척하여 건조 분쇄한 70 내지 40중량%의 천연석분의 혼합물 및 광택용 콤파운드를 2차례 걸쳐 가압성형시켜서된 강화인조 대리석.
- 인조 대리석을 제조함에 있어서, 천연쇄석을 100℃ 이상의 끓는물로 세척하고 완전 건조시켜서 1 - 320메쉬의 입도를 갖도록 분쇄시킨 천연석분 70 내지 40중량%와 강화수지 30 내지 60중량%를 균질혼합시키고, 그 혼합물을 150 내지 250℃의 온도에서 150 내지 250톤의 압력으로 1 내지 3분동안 1차 가압시킨 다음, 여기에다 이 혼합물이 경화되지 않은 몰드내의 상태에서 상기 혼합물의 0.3 내지 1중량% 만큼의 광택용 콤파운드를 첨가시키고, 상기 1차 가압성형시의 조건과 동일한 조건으로 2차 가압 성형시켜서 됨을 특징으로하는 강화인조 대리석의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 강화수지는 필요에 따라 축광안료를 포함하되, 천연석분과 혼합되기 전 단계에서 강화 수지에 대하여 5 내지 10중량%의 축광안료가 첨가되어 강력하게 교반하여 균질 혼합된 상태로 포함하여서 되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
