Claims (21)

  1. 저내마모성 재료로 되어진 제1탄성체 시트, 및 상기 제1탄성체 시트에 결합된 고내마모성 재료로 되어진 제2탄성체 시트로 구성되는 탄성 적층체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1탄성체가 멜트블로잉된 섬유들의 탄성체 매트릭스인 적층체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2탄성체 시트가 멜트블로잉된 섬유들의 탄성체 매트릭스인 적층체.
  4. 저내마모성 탄성체 재료의 제1부직탄성체 매트릭스, 및 상기 제1부직 매트릭스에 결합된 고내마모성 재료의 제2부직 탄성체 매트릭스로 구성되는 탄성적층체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 매트릭스들이 각각 멜트블로잉된 섬유들로 구성되는 적층체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제1탄성체 매트릭스의 기본중량이 약 10g/m2내지 약 150g/m2사이인 적층체.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 제2탄성체 매트릭스의 기본중량이 약 5g/m2사이인 적층체.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 저내마모성 재료가 에틸렌비닐아세테이트이고 상기 고내마모성 재료가 열가소성 탄성체 폴리우레탄인 적층체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 재료가 28중량%의 비닐 아세테이트 모노머를 포함하고 ASTM D-1238에 따라 190℃, 2160g의 하중하에 측정한 멜트인덱스가 10분당 약 32 내지 500g 사이인 적층체.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 고내마모성 재료가 방향성 폴리에테르우레탄인 적층체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성체 폴리우레탄이 190℃, 8700g의 하중하에 측정할시 10분당 30g 내지 10분당 60g의 용융 유동비를 갖는 방향성 폴리에테르우레탄 재료인 적층체.
  12. 멜트블로잉된 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 섬유의 제1탄성체 매트릭스, 및 상기 제1탄성체 매트릭스에 결합되는 멜트블로밍된 열가소성 탄성체 폴리우레탄 섬유들의 제2탄성체 매트릭스로 구성되는 탄성 적층체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제2탄성체 매트릭스의 기본중량이 약 5g/m2내지 50g/m2사이인 탄성 적층체.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 멜트블로잉된 섬유들이 멜트블로잉된 미세섬유들인 탄성 적층체.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 재료가 28중량%의 비닐 아세테이트 모노머를 포함하고 ASTM D-1238에 따라 190℃, 2160g의 하중하에 측정한 멜트인덱스가 10분당 약 32 내지 500g 사이인 탄성 적층체.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1탄성체 매트릭스의 기본중량이 10g/m2내지 150g/m2사이인 탄성 적층체.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성체 폴리우레탄이 190℃, 8700g의 하중하에 측정할시 10분당 30g 내지 10분당 60g의 용융 유동비를 갖는 방향성 폴리에테르우레탄 재료인 탄성 적층체.
  18. 기본중량이 약 10g/m2내지 150g/m2사이인 내부 부직탄성체 매트릭스, 및 각각 기본 중량이 약5g/m2내지 50g/m2사이인 두개의 외부 부직 탄성체 매트릭스로 구성되고, 상기 내부 탄성체 웨브는 약 28중량%의 비닐아세테이트 모노머를 갖고 있고 190℃, 2150g의 하중하에 측정할시 10분당 180g의 멜트인 덱스를 갖는 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 재료로부터 성형된 멜트블로잉된 섬유들로 구성되고, 상기 외부 웨브들은 ASTM D-1238에 따라 190℃, 2160g의 하중하에 측정할시 10분당 약 13.8%의 멜트인덱스를 갖는 방향성 폴리에테르우레탄 재료로부터 성형되는 멜트블로잉된 섬유들로 구성되는 탄성 회문형 적층체.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 내부 웨브의 멜트블로잉된 섬유들이 멜트블로이된 미세섬유들인 회문형 적층체.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 외부 웨브들의 멜트블로잉된 섬유들이 미세 섬유들인 회문형 적층체.
