제3도는 장치의 좌측단에서 본 제1도의 장치의 사시도,
제4도는 제3도의 선 Ⅳ-Ⅳ를 다른 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 하나 또는 다수의 와이어 케이블로 형성되고 양 요소들 사이에 위치될 수 있도록 하는 체결 장치가 마련된, 탄성 구조물을 갖는 충격 및 진동 완충장치에 있어서, 상기 장치의 구조물이 탄성체 재료의 괴체 내에 묻혀있고, 상기 탄성체 재료는 상기 구조물에 부착되고 높은 내부 완충 계수를 가지며, 또한 상기 탄성체에는, 구조물에 탄성변형이 발생될 때에 탄성체 재료가 압축 및/또는 전단력을 받도록 적어도 하나 이상의 구멍이 관통되어 형성되는 완충장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성체 재료의 괴체가 접착제가 도포되어 있는 금속상에 고온 상태의 가황처리에 의해 구조물에 결합되는 완충장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 실리콘 함유 탄성체인 완충장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조물을 단일 나선형으로 권취된 다중 가닥 케이블로 구성하고, 각각의 나선형 회전부는 직경 방향으로 대향된 부분들 내에서 바아들 내에 구속되고, 케이블을 완전히 감싸는 탄성체 재료의 상기 괴체는 일정한 내부 및 외부 두께를 갖는 완충장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 괴체 내에 묻혀 있는 다중가닥 와이어 케이블의 후프들로 상기 구조물을 형성하고, 상기 괴체는 상기 후프들 사이에 위치하는 구멍들로 관통되는 완충장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
