본 고안은 대리석을 채굴하는 과정과 채굴한 대리석을 건축재로 재단하고 다듬는 고정에서 생겨나는 부산물 즉, 대리석 파편을 금형의 내부로 매몰시키되 양질의 모르타르에 규산 소오다와 같은 응고제를 첨가 하여서 형성한 후 이를 벽돌 규격으로 재단하여 연마 가공을 함으로써 다양한 색상과 강도가 높으며 양호한 벽돌을 일을수 있는 장식용 벽돌에 관한 것이다.The present invention is to bury the by-products from the process of mining marble and the fixing of cutting and trimming the mined marble into building materials, that is, marble fragments are buried into the mold, and then formed by adding a coagulant such as soda silicate to high quality mortar. 이와 같이된 본 고안은 제3도와 같이 분해 조립식 금형을 조립하여 놓고 선택된 임의색 안료를 첨가하면 규산소오다 수용액으로서 혼합한 모르타르층(4)을 먼저 주입시킨 후 크고 작은 임의 색상으로 된 대리석 파편을 섞어 매몰시키면서 금형에 충전하여 진동을 가하면 진동에 의해 대리석 파편들 사이에 골고루 모르타르가 충분히 함입시키면서 기포를 일산 시키게 되므로 그 조직을 치밀하게 한다음 탈형을 하여 양생기간을 주면서 견고하게 응고 시킨 다음 소정된 두께로 연마한 후 다이어몬드 톱으로 벽돌의 규격에 맞게 제3도의 가상선으로 표시한 바와 같은 B-B', C-C', D-D', E-E', 와 같이 재단하여 그 전표면을 연마하여 광택을 발할 수 있게 하여 제1도와 같은 벽돌을 얻을수 있는 것이고 대리석 분단(1)(2)(3)들은 색상이 다양하고 아름다운 문체를 발휘하여 이들 대리석 분단의 색상과 잘 조화되는 안료를 혼합한 모르타르층(4)이 이들 대리석 분단들의 주위와 서로의 사이를 메꾸어져서 평활하고 광택을 발할 수 있도록 형성되어 있으므로 마치 상감 공예품과 같은 미관을 가지고 있으며 대리석 분단들의 높은 강도를 경질 모르타르층(4)으로 일체화시킨 것이므로 강도 또한 여타의 모르타르 벽돌에 비하여 높고 방습성이 양호 하므로 건물의 외벽을 축조하면 화려하고 수명이긴 벽돌을 얻을수 있고 대리석 석재 과정에서 얻어지는 부산물인 제품을 소재로 한 것이어서 염가로 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 종래 대리석 채석장이나 석물 성형공장에서 처치 곤란한 다량으로 분산되었든 파편 처리에도 기여할 수 있는 유용한 효과를 갖는다.In the present invention, as shown in Fig. 3, after disassembling the prefabricated mold and adding the selected random color pigment, the mortar layer 4 mixed as an aqueous solution of sodium silicate is first injected, and then marble fragments of large and small random colors are removed.
