제2도는 박판(laminate)의 구조를 도시하는 제1도의 횡단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 용기의 분리 요소들의 조립 사시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 압출성 식품들을 분배하기 위한 손으로 파지하는 수축성 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기가 압출 오리피스를 포함하는 예형된 장착부 및 상기 장착부에 접착된 수축성 본체부로 구성되고, 상기 본체부는 압출성 식품과 접촉할 열 융착성 및 신축성 중합체 필림에 접착된 비신축성 구조층으로부터 성형되며, 구조층과 필름 사이의 접착은 구조층으로부터 중합체 필름을 박리시키는 것에 의하여 분리될 수 있는 박판을 제공하며, 박판의 접착 강도는 25.6 내지 118g/cm 범위인용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 본체부가 개방 단부형 원추체의 형태로 되어 있고, 본체부의 개방단부가 원형 플래스틱 장착부에 접착되는 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 원추형 본체부가 권취된 소재 형상으로 되어 있으며 밀봉된 정점 단부에서 횡단 열 융착부를 갖고 있고, 상기 열 융착부는 정점 단부로부터의 누출을 방지하는 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 필름이 집착층에 의하여 구조층에 접착 결합되는 용기.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 원추형 본체부가 권취된 소재 형상인 용기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 권취된 종이 소재의 중첩 부분들이 고온 용융 접착에 의해 상호 접착되는 용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 구조층이 종이로 구성되는 용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 필름으로부터의 반대면인 구조층 면이 방수 피막으로 도포된 용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 필름과 구조층 사이의 접착 강도가 35.4 내지 98.4g/cm 범위인 용기.
