Claims (1)

  1. 실리콘 산화막(1)에 도포된 감광막(2)의 양측을 현상하여 그 현상된 부위에 이오닉 솔루션(3)(3')을 설치하여 실리콘 산화막(1)과 감광막(2)에 접촉되게 하고, 그 이오닉 솔루션(3)(3')에 프로우브(4)(4時)를 접촉시키고, 전압원(5)으로 포텐셜 전압을 인가한 후 암메타(6)로 흐르는 전류를 측정하여 감광막의 접착도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 감광막의 접착도 측정방법.
