본 고안은 상다리를 상에 고정시키는 고정구를 합성수지제로 성형하기 위한 것이다.
종래의 상다리 고정구는 철판을 프레스하여 성형시킨 제품임으로 산화되면 녹이 슬어서 수명이 오래가지 못하는 결점이 있고, 만들기도 난처한 불편이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 재결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성수지제 4각기판(1)의 중앙부로 융출되는 반원형 융출부(2)에 중앙으로 안내공(3')이 형성되는 것을 합성수지제로 형성함에 있어서, 기판(1)과 융출부(2)의 양측면에 측면보강편(5)을 일체로 되게 후육부로 구성시키고, 못구멍(6)외주에 보강주벽(6')을 형성시켜 서로간에 보강편(7)으로 연결함과 동시에 보강편(7)과 융출부(2) 및 융출부 내면으로 수개의 횡보강편(7') (7")을 일체로 융출시킨 구조이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 고정판이 합성수지제이므로 산화하지 않고, 내수성이 크므로 오래동안 산폐하지 않아 항상 깨끗하고 산뜻한 상태를 유지할 수 있게 되고, 기판(1)과 융출부(2)에 보강편(5)이 형성되어 있고, 못구멍(6)외주에 보강편(7)이 있어서 두께를 얇게 하여도 내구적인 제품생산이 가능케되며, 취부시에 철판을 못구멍 부위에 첨부하거나 내부에 철판(도면에는 표시되지 않음)을 매립시킬수도 있기 때문에 매우 실용적인 면의 경제성이 큰 고정구를 얻게되는 장점이 있으며, 단일공정으로 사출성형이 되어 대량 생산이 가능하기 때문에 생산성이 향상되어 원가를 절감시킬 수 있는 등의 장점이 있다.

  1. 합성수지제 4각기판(1)의 중앙부로 융출되는 반원형 융출부(2)에 중앙으로 안내공(3')이 형성되는 것을 합성수지제로 형성함에 있어서, 기판(1)과 융출부(2)의 양측면에 측면보강편(5)을 일체로되게 후육부로 구성시키고, 못구멍(6)외주에 보강주벽(6')을 형성시켜 서로간에 보강편(7)으로 연결함과 동시에, 보강편(7)과 융출부(2) 및 융출부 내면으로 수개의 횡보강편(7') (7")을 일체로 융출시킨 합성수지 상다리 고정구.
