화상데이터와 음성데이터를 믹싱하여 출력하거나 입력되는 화상데이터와 음성데이터를 분리출력하는 스위칭회로(12)와, 음성통화를 이루게하는 음성회로(11)를 구비한 음극선관을 이용한 메모폰의 화상 입출력회로에 있어서, 일정의 데이터 신호를 입력하며 소정의 데이터신호와 어드레스 신호를 출력하는 중앙처리장치(1)와, 상기 중앙처리장치(1)에서 출력되는 어드레스신호와 데이터 신호를 입력하여 수직, 수평동기신호와 어드레스 신호를 출력하는 음극관과 콘트롤러(2)와, 상기 중앙처리장치(1)에서 출력되는 어드레스신호와 CRTC(2)에서 출력되는 신호를 데이터신호 및 어드레스 신호로 입력하여 이에 대응하는 데이터를 출력하는 비디오메모리(3)와, 상기 비디오메모리(3)에서 출력되는 병렬데이터를 직렬데이터신호로 변환출력하는 시프트레지스터(4)와, 상기 시프트레지스터(4)에서 출력되는 디지탈데이터를 아나로그 신호로 변환출력하는 영상출력회로(5)와, 상기 CRTC(2)와 영상출력회로(5)에서 각각 출력되는 수직 수평동기신호 및 영상 신호를 입력하여 이에 대응하는 신호를 디스플레이하는 CRT(6)와, 상기 CRT(6)에서 방출되는 전자빔을 감지하기 위한 라이트펜(7)과, 상기 라이트펜(7)에 의해 입력된 신호를 감지하여 소정의 신호로써 CRTC(2)로 출력하는 라이트펜 제어회로(8)와, 상기 비디오메모리(3)에서 출력되는 데이터를 입력하여 완충하고 출력하는 버퍼(9), 상기 버퍼(9)로부터 출력되는 화상정보(입력된 화상정보)를 전화선을 통하여 전송될 수 있도록 디지탈/아날로그 변환출력 하는 동시에 상대방으로부터 전송되어오는 아나로그 화상정보를 디지털신호로 변환접속하는 텔레폰 인터페이스(10)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 음극선관을 이용한 메모폰의 화상입출력장치.Image input / output of a memophone using a cathode ray tube having a switching circuit 12 for mixing and outputting image data and audio data or separately outputting input image data and audio data, and a voice circuit 11 for making a voice call.
