본 고안은 장식용레이스 하단으로 장식사뭉치를 매달아 연결하는 구조의 개량에 관한 것이다.
종래의 장식사뭉치는 절반을 꼬부려서 걸고리에 괘설한 다음 괘설부하측에 결속사를 다수겹 감아 양단을 매어 고정케한 것이므로 작업시간이 많이 소요되는 불편이 있고, 또 매듭부분이 외부로 노출되어서 상품의 미관을 저해하기 때문에 고급상품으로 평가를 받을 수가 없을 뿐아니라 매듭을 작게하려고 결속사의 양단을 짧게 절단하므로 이것이 쉽게 풀어져서 사용중에 해이되는 등의 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 재결점을 보다 완벽하게 개선시킨 것이다.
이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
레이스(1)의 하단 걸고리(2)에 종형상으로 된 장식사뭉치(3)를 결속시키는 공지된 것에 있어서, 걸고리(2) 외주에 신축성결속륜(4)을 유삽하여 걸고리(2)에 장식사뭉치(3)이 절곡부(3')를 괘착한 다음 상부에 있는 결속륜(4)을 하강시켜 괘설부하측 둘래에 피복 결착되게한 구조이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 결속륜(4)이 투명합성수지제 신축성재질이므로 괘설부에 밀착피복되면 괘설부가 조여지기 때문에 장식사뭉치(3)의 괘설부가 잘룩하게되어 결속륜(4)의 결착위치가 쉽게 변하지 않도록되어 그 형태가 종모양을 유지할 수 있도록되고, 걸고리에서 벗겨질 염려가 없으며, 결속작업이 빨라 레이스제조가 능률적으로 되는 효과가 있고, 외관이 미려하고 깨끗하므로 고급상품 제조가 달성되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 도면에 표시한 것과같이 레이스(1)의 하단 걸고리(2)에 종형상으로 된 장식사뭉치(3)를 결속시키는 공지된 것에있어서, 걸고리(2) 외주에 신축성결속륜(4)을 유삽하여 걸고리(2)에 장식사뭉치(3)의 절곡부(3')를 괘착한 다음 상부에 있는 결속륜(4)을 하강시켜 괘설부하측 둘래에 피복 결착되게한 레이스용 장신구.
