Claims (3)
- 뚜껑이 있는 용탕유지로(21) 전면, 상, 하부에 가열버너와 카아본몰드, 전열 및 자장발진장치를 설치한 것에 있어서, 용탕유지로(1) 뚜껑(2)의 햇치(3)상에 댐퍼식 버너(4)를 수직으로 설치한 구성과, 카아본몰드(5) 전단에 고알루미나제 용탕 유출관(6), 황동분이 포함된 내화재(8), 쇼트링(7), 전열 및 자장발진장치(9) 및 냉각수 회류관(10)이 순차적으로 겹치게 구성한 것과, 내화재(11)로 격리된 카아본몰드(5)의 파형 요철면(5")에 접하는 파형 접촉판(12'), (13')내를 요철격판(14')(15')로 격설하여 지그자그상으로 연통되는 요철순환통로(14)(15)를 형성한 상, 하부 냉각수 순환탱크(12), (13)의 조립 구성을 구비한 횡형 연속 주조장치.
- 제 1 항 기재에 있어서, 카아본몰드(5) 전단에 고알루미나제 용탕 유출관(6)과 쇼트링(7) 사이에 황동분이 포함된 내회재(8)를 충진하고, 쇼트링(7) 외주에 설치되는 전열 및 자장발진장치(9)에 대전류 현상이 내측으로 나타나게 냉각수 회류관(10)을 설치하여서된 횡형 연속 주조장치.
- 제 1 항 기재에 있어서, 내화재(11)로 격리되는 카아본몰드(5)의 외면을 파형요철면(5")으로 구성하고, 상, 하부 냉각수 순환탱크(12), (13)의 요철 접촉판(12'), (13')으로 밀폐된 요철순환통로(14), (15)가 지그자그상으로 연통되게 다수개의 요철격판(14'), (15')으로 결설하여서된 횡형연속 주조장치.
