본 고안은 엘리베이터 승강차와 균형추의 안내 장치에 관한 것으로, 승강차와 균형추의 양측면에 안내레일을 형성하고, 승강로 양벽과 균형추의 안내부에 안내슈를 균등한 간격으로 배열하여, 서로 로우프로 연결되여 승강되는 승강차와 균형추가 흔들림이 없이 승강로를 이동할 수 있게 하며, 설비 부품의 감소로 설비원가를 절감시킬수 있게 한 것이다. 종래 엘리베이터의 승강로에 로우프로 연결되게 설치하여 균형있게 승강되게한 승강차와 균형추의 설치에 있어서는 승강로의 양측벽에 안내레일을 승강로 길이만큼 연장시켜 설치하였던 것이고, 또한 균형추의 안내부에서 안내레일을 균형추의 승강길이만큼 연장시켜 설치 하였으며, 승강차와 균형추에는 안내슈를 도면 제4,5,6도와 같이 각각 설치하여 승강차와 균형추가 승강로의 안내 레일에 안내되여 승강되도록 설치 하였던 것으로, 상기 안내레일의 설치에 있어, 승강차와 균형추가 승강되는 행정만큼, 즉 건물 높이만큼 안내레일 들을 연장시켜 설치하여야 하므로, 상당한 레일이 소요되어 설비원가를 상승시키는 요인이 되었던 것이며, 승강로 양벽과 균형추의 안내부에 안내레일을 연장시켜 설치하기란 설비작업 공정상에 어려움이 많았고, 안내레일의 자중에 의해 승강로 취부에 있어, 더욱 어려운 작업상의 문제점이 있었던 것이다. 본 고안은 상기의 결점을 해결하기 위하여 종래의 승강로 양벽에 설치하던 안내레일의 취부 방법에서 승강차의 양측에 안내레일을 설치하고 균형추에도 양측에 안내레일을 설치하여 안내레일이 안내승강될수 있게 승강로 양측과 균형추의 안내부 양측에 안내슈를 균등한 간격으로 배열시켜 설비 원가의 감소와 승강차와 균형추가 흔들림 없이 자체자중을 줄여 안전하게 승강되도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an elevator hoisting device and a balance weight guide device, wherein guide rails are formed on both sides of the hoistway and a counterweight, and guide shoes are arranged at equal intervals on both walls of the hoistway and the guide weights of the counterweight, and connected to each other in a row.
