Claims (8)

  1. Oomyces류에 속해있는 식물 병원균의 침투로부터 식물 및 식물의 잎사귀, 열매 등을 보호하기 위하여, C14 위치에서의 산화 탈메틸화시에 특수하게 작용하는 에르고스테롤 방지제의 부류에 해당하는 최소한 하나의 화합물(A)와 알라닌, 부티로악톤 및 옥사졸리디논 유도체로 구성되는 기로부터 선택된, peronosporales에 대한 활성을 갖는 페닐아미드류에 해당하는 최소한 하나의 화합물(B)를 포함하는 살균제 혼합물로 이루어지는 조성물의 사용.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 농업재배시에, Peronosporales에 속하는 식물병원균의 침투로부터 식물을 보호하기 위한 조성물의 사용.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 에르고스테롤을 억제하는 화합물(A)는 트리아졸, 이미다졸 및 피리미딘 유도체를 포함하는 부류에 속해 있는 에르고스테롤 억제 화합물 가운데서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 사용.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 에르고스테롤 억제화합물은 트리 아디메폰, 디클로부트라졸, 플루트리아폴, 1-(4-클로로페닐)-2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-4, 4-디메틸-1-펜텐-3-올 : 프로클로라즈 및 펜아리몰로 구성되는 기로부터 바람직하게 선택되고 페닐 아미드류에 속하는 화합물(B)는 벤알아실, 메탈아실, 오푸레이스 및 옥사디실로 구성되는 기로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 사용.
  5. 상기 항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에르고스테롤 생합성을 억제하는 활성을 갖는 부분(A)와 페닐 아미드부분(B) 사이의 비율이 약 0.5 : 1 내지 2 : 1 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 사용.
  6. 상기항들 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 작용 스펙트럼을 통합하거나 및/또는 저항 현상을 낮추기 위하여 조성물은 그밖의 성분들을 더욱더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 사용.
  7. 상기항들에 따른 조성물이 Oomyces류에 속하는, 바람직하게는 Peronosporales에 속하는 식물병원균의 침투로부터 식물 또는 식물의 부분을 선택적으로 보호하기 위해 제조될 때, C14위치에서 산화적인 탈메틸화시에 특수하게 작용하는, 에르고스테롤 방지제의 부류에 해당하는 최소한 하나의 화합물과 Peronosporales에 대하여 억제할성을 갖는 페닐아미드 부류에 속하는 최소한 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 상승작용 살균제 혼합물로 이루어지는 조성물.
  8. 상기 항들에서 청구된 바와 같이, 살균제 혼합물로 이루어지는 조성물을 사용하여 Oomyces류에 해당하는 식물 병원균의 침투로부터 식물, 식물의 부분, 또는 식물의 열매를 보호하기 위한 방법.
