The present invention relates to a fan intermittent operation circuit for controlling the operation time of the fan by configuring a delay circuit, an interruption time setting circuit and a relay in the fan.

In general, the fan has been used to adjust the use time using a timer, but if the timer is not used at bedtime, the fan is continuously operated and is exposed to the fan wind for a long time, which is harmful to the human body.

And when using the timer, when the power is turned off after the timer operation, the fan does not rotate, there was an inconvenience to wake up due to the heat during bedtime.

In view of the above, the present invention can operate the fan with a delay circuit, an interruption time setting circuit, and a relay for a predetermined time and continue the operation of turning off a certain time, or interlock with a timer to interrupt the operation only during a timer operation period. This is an electric fan intermittent operation circuit that connects an intermittent operation selector switch to a general electric fan to control the output of the PUT through a delay circuit and an intermittent time setting circuit, through a flip-flop, and then controls the relay with a transistor to operate the fan for a certain time. It is possible to repeat the intermittent operation of “on” and “off” for a certain time, so that a comfortable fan can be used while sleeping.

This will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

AC power source (AC) connected to the timer (TM) on the input side to configure a relay switch (RS) being linked with the relay (RY) and the speed control switch (S 1) and the windings (L 1) and secondary winding (L 2 ~ L 5 ) is connected to the speed control unit (7) and the intermittent operation selection switch (S 2 ).

Then, a resistor R 1 is connected to the tee (TM), and a delay circuit 5 composed of a diode D 1 , a resistor R 2 , and a capacitor C 3 is connected to the anode of the PUT (T). Connect to A).

In addition, an intermittent time setting circuit 6 composed of a diode D 2 , a resistor R 3 , and a variable resistor VR is connected to the gate G of the PUT T, and paralleled with the intermittent time setting circuit 6. And a smoothing capacitor (C 2 ) and a reverse blocking diode (D 3 ).

The output of the PUT (T) is applied to the clock terminal CK of the flip-flop FF through the resistor R 4 , and the output of the output terminal Q of the flip-flop FF is input to the input terminal D. The output of the output terminal Q is configured to control the driving of the transistor TR through the resistor R 5 and to connect the relay switch RY connected to the collector side of the transistor TR. By controlling, it is configured to turn ON the power supply AC to the speed regulating unit 7.

The present invention configured as described above can be used only by driving a general timer (TM). When the AC power is input when the intermittent operation is performed by turning on the intermittent operation selection switch (S 2 ), the resistor (R 1 ) passes through the resistor (R 1 ). after the half-wave rectified by a diode (D 1) of the delay circuit 5 to be charged in the capacitor (C 3) through a resistor (R 2) thus applied to the anode (a) of the PUT (T).

And the input AC power source (AC) is a diode (D 2) as to the resistance (R 3) which determines the intermittent time of the fan and the variable resistance rectified and smoothed by a capacitor (C 2) of the intermittent time setting circuit (6) (VR Voltage is applied to the gate G of the PUT (T).

Therefore, when charging is performed to the capacitor C 3 and the anode (A) voltage of the PUT (T) is higher than the gate (G) voltage, the PUT (T) is “turned on”, so the charge charged in the capacitor C 3 is charged. Since the discharge is rapidly performed by the resistor R 4 connected to the cathode of (T), a pulse is generated.

The capacitor (C 3) charged charge is discharged voltage drops PUT (T) of the can, so this again "turned off" to being a time delay as is recharge the capacitor (C 3) start delay time is the resistance (R 2) It is determined by the condenser C 3 and the variable resistor VR. Therefore, the time delay is possible by changing the variable resistor VR.

Since the output pulse generated at the cathode side of the PUT (T) is applied to the clock terminal CK of the flip-flop FF to operate the flip-flop FF, a high voltage is output to the output terminal Q so that the resistor Since the transistor TR is turned on through the R 5 , the power supply AC is applied to the relay coil L so that the associated relay switch RS is “off” to supply the power AC of the speed controller 7. Shut off the supply to “off” the fan.

At this time, when the operation of the fan is “off,” a low voltage is output to the output terminal Q of the flip-flop FF and applied to the input terminal D. When the pulse from the PUT T is applied again, the flip-flop FF is applied. A low voltage is output from the output terminal Q of.

Therefore, when the capacitor C 3 of the time delay circuit 5 is fully charged and the anode A voltage of the PUT T is higher than the gate G voltage, the PUT T is turned on and the resistance R 4 is increased. Since the pulses are discharged to the FF, it is applied to the flip-flop (FF) clock terminal CK so that the low voltage is output from the output terminal Q so that the transistor TR cannot be conducted. Therefore, the relay coil L 1 operates. If the relay switch (RS) is not in the "on" state, the power control unit (AC) is advanced to the speed control unit (7) to operate the fan again.

At this time, a high voltage is output to the output terminal Q of the flip-flop FF and input to the input terminal D. At the next pulse, the high voltage is output from the output terminal Q of the flip-flop FF.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the interruption time is determined by the variable resistance VR of the interruption time setting circuit 6, the fan is “on” and “off” according to the interruption time, and thus the fan is continuously operated during bedtime. Too much exposure is harmful to the human body or when the timer operation is completed, the inconvenience of waking up due to the heat can be solved by intermittent fan operation.
